Judgements
By performing specific actions against his opponent, Ghost Rider can place Judgements on them, either hindering them or enhancing his own abilities. For each concurrent Judgement placed, the following’s duration is increased by 75% of the base duration.
Durations mentioned with the ability are how long the effect would last if it was the first Judgement placed. There will be a complete list of how long each would last depending on when it is activated.
Each Judgement can only be applied once, and can only be reapplied once Damnation goes through its full duration.
Ghost Rider gains a passive +20% chance to place Judgments when facing Villain champions.
Finish a 5 Hit Combo with a Light Attack
70% chance to inflict Bleed, darling X Direct Damage over 3.5 seconds
Heavy Attacks
80% chance to gain Lifesteal for 6.75 seconds, healing for X health with each Attack.
Special 1
70% to Fate Seal, Nullifying all buffs for 5.3 seconds.
Special 2
80% chance to drain X% of your opponent’s Power over 2 seconds.
Special 3
100% to apply Damnation for 3.5 seconds, dealing X Direct Damage over its duration.
Passively applies Fate Seal, Power Lock and Heal Block.
SIGNATURE ABILITY
Finish a 5 Hit Combo with a Medium Attack
65% chance to gain a Fury, boosting attack by X for 7.50 seconds
