Champion Bio: 

Following the events of Avengers: Infinity War, Clint Barton is drawn out of retirement to don a new alter ego, Ronin — A lawless assassin with a piercing sword and incredible fighting skills who mercilessly brings criminals to justice around the world.

Signature Ability:   

“UNRELENTING AGILITY”

•When Evasion expires and the opponent has 6 or more Bleed Debuffs, inflict a Stun Debuff on the opponent for 1.5 seconds. If the opponent is performing a Special Attack, this Stun is inflicted after the Special Attack is executed. This Stun can be activated again after a {2} second cooldown.

•When Ronin Evades an attack, gain a Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by {1} for {2} seconds.

•When at 4 Cruelty Buffs or above, Ronin gains Evasion on the next incoming hit for {2} seconds. Removes 4 Cruelty Passives when Ronin Evades an attack. Successful Evades do not grant Stance Abilities.

•While at 7 Cruelty Passives, Ronin gains Evasion on the next incoming hit for {2} seconds. Removes all Cruelty Passives when Ronin Evades an attack. Successful Evades do not grant Stance Abilities.

PRECISION

When reaching 7 Cruelty Passives, gain a Precision Passive increasing Critical Rating by {1} for {2} seconds.

INTERCEPT

Intercepting attacks has +{1} Critical Rating.

MISS

When Ronin would Miss an Attack or be Evaded he gains a Cruelty Passive increasing Critical Damage by {1}. Max 7 stacks.

CHANGING WINDS

Allows Ronin to switch stances every 6 seconds.

RENEWED VIGOR

Each time the Defender is Stunned, Ronin gains a Cruelty Passive.

BLEED

Attacks using the Sword have a {0}% chance to inflict Bleed dealing {1} Direct Damage over {2} seconds. Critical Strikes using the Sword have a 100% to inflict Bleed.

•Against Bleed Immune Champions gain a Cruelty Passive when Ronin would inflict a Bleed.

PREPARING STANCE

Ronin prepares his Stances by performing light attacks. Light 1 prepares Guard Stance, Light 2 prepares Wraith Stance, and Light 3 prepares Demon Stance.

•Dodging back after preparing a stance Ronin enters a Stance. Stances are not affected by Ability Accuracy Reduction.

•Ronin enters Wraith Stance after dodging back.

•Ronin enters Demon Stance after dodging back.

•Ronin enters Guard Stance after dodging back.

•Gain a Precision Passive increasing Critical Hit Rating by {1} for {2} seconds.

REMOVE STANCE

Ronin removes a Stance by executing his second Medium Attack.

NEW STANCE

When entering a new Stance, gain a Cruelty Passive increasing Critical Damage by {1}. Max 7 stacks.

WRAITH STANCE

DEMON STANCE

GUARD STANCE

Well Timed Blocks activate the Parry Mastery, stunning opponents even if their attack is projectile based. Ronin gains +{1}% chance to Perfect Block.

•Entering this stance has a {0}% chance to Purify a Debuff.

Ronin Special Attacks: 

SP1:  “Ambush from the mists”

A surprise smoke bomb throw allows an opening for a swift somersault and sword strike combination.

•Enters a prepared Stance. 

•Disorients the opponent reducing Defensive Ability Accuracy by 40% and Block Proficiency by 50% for {2} seconds.

SP2:     “Split The River”

A deadly throwing star creates space for a high-flying acrobatic cutting maneuver.

•Inflicts a Bleed that deals {1} Direct Damage over {2} seconds for each active Cruelty Passive.

•While at 7 Cruelty Passives, the final Sword strike deals True Damage ignoring all Armor and Resistances.

•Removes all Cruelty Passives.

SP3:  “Marksman’s Revenge”

Utilizing his sword and bow, Ronin splits an arrow on his blade for a special two-for-one assault.

•Gain a Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by {1} for {2} seconds. Each active Cruelty Passive increases the Attack Rating by an additional {1}.

•Enters all Stances for {2} seconds.

•Ronin cannot lose Cruelty Passives while all Stances are active.

LIVE AND DIE BY THE SWORD

Ronin: Blocking Attacks has a 50% chance to Bleed the opponent dealing {0}% of Attack as Direct Damage over 5 seconds.

Nightcrawler: When switching Combat Modes, gain +350 Critical Damage Rating for 10 seconds.

Guillotine: Striking an Opponent with the fourth Light Attack has a 30% chance to gain 1 Soul. Cooldown: 10 Seconds.

MASTERLESS

Ronin: Gain a Fury Buff increasing Attack Rating by {0}% for 4 seconds upon switching Stances.

Moon Knight:30% chance to instantly Regenerate 35% of damage taken when struck.

UNLIKELY COMBINATION

Ronin: Gain +25% Block Proficiency in Guard Stance.

Ant-Man: 20% chance to inflict a Fatigue Debuff on the opponent when struck and increases the Potency of Poisons by {0}%.

Ebony Maw :

Champion Bio:

A master of manipulation and overall evil genius, Ebony Maw is Thanos’s most trusted lieutenant, never failing him even once. Focusing on his strong telekinetic abilities rather than raw physical strength, Ebony Maw curves and bends the environment around him with ease. Additionally, his superhumanly persuasive voice allows him to sway even the strongest minds.

Signature Ability: 

“DETERIORATING  MIND”

•When the Opponent Misses an attack they are inflicted with a Degeneration Passive, dealing {1} damage over {2} seconds.

•Each time Ebony Maw Nullifies a Buff or Activates a Special Attack he places 1 Deterioration Passive on his Opponent.

•When Ebony Maw inflicts his Opponent with a Degeneration, all Deterioration Passives are consumed, each adding {1} damage to the Degeneration.

Abilities:

FOCUS

If Ebony Maw isn’t focused, he begins focusing on the Opponent’s mind for {2} seconds understanding their mental state. This time is doubled if he’s under the effect of 1 or more non-damaging Debuffs.

•Ebony Maw is focused on his Opponent’s mental state.

•Ebony Maw is focusing on his Opponent’s mental state.

•Once focused, the Opponent gains 1 Persuasion every {2} seconds.

•When struck by the Opponent’s Heavy Attack or Special Attack 3, Ebony Maw’s focus is broken.

•For every 20 Persuasion the Opponent gains, they are inflicted with a Falter Passive lasting 3 seconds. Increasing to 5 seconds against Cosmics. Enemies inflicted with Falter have a 100% chance to Miss.

Percentage of the Opponent’s mind persuaded by Ebony Maw.

FIGHT START

When the fight begins, the Opponent is inflicted with Deterioration Passives equal to Ebony Maw’s Persistent Charges.

•When the fight starts, Ebony Maw inflicts the Opponent with 1 Weakness Debuff per persistent charge.

BLACK TONGUE

At 100 Persuasion the Opponent is Persuaded and inflicted with a Black Tongue Passive, reducing Power Gain from all sources by {1}%. Black Tongue is not affected by Ability Accuracy and lasts for the rest of the fight.

•While Black Tongue is active the Opponent is inflicted with 1 Deterioration Passive every {2} seconds.

•Deterioration Passives last indefinitely until consumed, each reducing the potency of the Opponent’s Fury effects by a flat {1}%, stacking up to a maximum of {0} times.

•This Champion has been persuaded by Ebony Maw and now suffers from Power Gain reduction.

MISSIONS

Ebony Maw has 3 missions to complete. Each mission can only be completed once per fight. Completing all 3 missions in a single fight grants Ebony Maw 1 Persistent Charge, up to a maximum of 6.

•Each time Ebony Maw completes a mission, he inflicts the Opponent with a Degeneration Passive, dealing {1}damage over {2} seconds.

•Mission 1: Mastermind: Nullify a Buff from the Opponent.

•Mission 2: Manipulator: Cause the Opponent to lose Power.

•Mission 3: Unwavering: Cause the Opponent to Falter and Miss.

•Displays the Number of Missions completed in the fight.

CRITICAL HITS TO MISS

If the Opponent doesn’t have Class Advantage, Ebony Maw causes all guaranteed Critical Hits to Miss.

NO CONTACT

Ebony Maw’s first Light Attack is the only Basic hit to make contact with the Opponent.

HEAVY ATTACK- POWERSTEAL

Landing a Heavy Attack steals all the Opponent’s Power Gain Buffs and {1}% of their current Power.

Ebony Maw Special Attacks:

SP1:     “Unseen Blades”

Ebony Maw forms sharp blades from the objects in his vicinity, slashing the opponent with multiple strikes.

•When activated and with each hit, Ebony Maw Nullifies 1 Fury, Cruelty, or Precision Buff from his Opponent. This expands to all Buffs if the Opponent is inflicted with Black Tongue.

•If no Buffs were Nullified during this attack, the Opponent gains a Fury Buff increasing their Attack Rating by {1} for {2} seconds.

•The Opponent is inflicted with 1 Weakness Debuff for every Buff Nullified, each lowering their Attack Rating by 5% for {2} seconds.

SP2:      “Environmental Manipulation”

Ebony Maw manipulates the ground beneath his opponent, knocking them back and forming spikes from nearby debris to hurl at them.

•Inflicts the Opponent with a Degeneration Passive, dealing {1} damage over {2} seconds.

•If the Opponent has 6 or more Weakness Debuffs they are removed and replaced with a Degeneration Passive, dealing {1} damage over {2} seconds.

SP3:       “Microsurgery Paralysis”

Ebony Maw uses his telekinetic abilities to lift his opponent into the air drawing them closer before impaling them with microsurgery needles.

•If the Opponent is not suffering from a Degeneration Effect, Ebony Maw inflicts them with one, dealing {1}damage over {2} seconds.

•If the Opponent is suffering from a Degeneration Effect inflicted by Ebony Maw, it’s potency is doubled for the rest of the fight, this increase can stack up to {1} times.

•Ebony Maw reaches into his Opponent’s mind depleting all their current Power, gaining {1}% of the Power depleted for himself over the next {2} seconds.

LIEUTENANTS OF THE BLACK ORDER

All Members of Thanos Army: When the fight starts, gain a Precision Passive increasing Critical Rating by {0}% for 20 seconds.

CULL OF THE MAW

Ebony Maw: Charging a Heavy Attack for 0.5 seconds grants the Opponent an indefinite Fury Buff, increasing their Attack Rating by 0%.

Cull Obsidian:  When 1 or more Thanos’ Favor Buffs expire, gain a Fury Buff granting 10% attack for {0} seconds. Fury Buffs gained in this way will not stack.

Cull Obsidian:

Champion Bio:

A ferocious combatant like few others, Cull Obsidian is always seeking a truly challenging fight to impress his master, Thanos. Wielding his one-of-a-kind multi-weapon, Cull tears his opponent’s defenses apart and stops heroes in their tracks. Lord Thanos won’t be stopped so long as his imposing enforcer, Cull, stands by his side ready to strike down any opposition.

Signature Ability: 

“FORCED OBLIVION”

•Once Cull Obsidian’s Rout Buff has expired, it goes into cool down, and can be reactivated after {2}  seconds.

•When Rout enters cool down, Cull’s aggression is awarded with a Fury Buff, granting +{1}Attack for {2} seconds. This Buff gains +{0} seconds duration for each hit landed while Rout was active.

Abilities:

THANOS’ FAVOR BUFF

•Each Persistent Charge grants 1 Thanos’s Favor Buff at the start of each fight.

•Increases attack rating. Gains more properties as more Persistent Charges are gained.

•Cull Obsidian has {1} Missions to complete, which may be done in any order. Each Mission can be completed multiple times and doing so grants 1 Persistent Charge.

•At the beginning of the fight, 1 Thanos’s Favor Buff is gained per Persistent Charge. These Buffs last {2} seconds each and they gain effects based on the number of charges. These Buffs have their duration paused for {1} second(s) each time an attack is landed.

•1+: Each Buff grants +{1}% Attack.

•3+: Each Buff grants +{1} Critical Damage Rating.

•5+:Each Buff provides True Accuracy, allowing attacks to ignore Evasion and Auto-Block.

•8+:Each Buff grants +{1}% Rout Buff duration.

ROUT BUFF

Dash Back and Hold Block for 1.2 Seconds – Once Per Fight.(?- Not sure what this is about) 

Cull Obsidian overcharges his weapon to gain a Rout Buff for {2} seconds. This causes his opponent to suffer -{0}% Auto-Block Ability Accuracy and also grants his attacks an additional burst of Energy Damage equal to {1}% of the damage dealt.

•Attacks deal bonus energy damage. Opponent suffers -100% Auto-Block Ability Accuracy.

•Rout Cooldown:

Rout is cooling down. Once this timer expires, Rout may be activated again.

PRESENCE

Cull Obsidian’s overwhelming presence reduces the opponent’s Armor Up Ability Accuracy by {1}% during his Special Attacks.

HEAVY ATTACK 

{0}% chance per strike to inflict an Armor Break Debuff, reducing Armor by {1} for {2} seconds. This effect gains +15% duration and Ability Accuracy for each Persistent Charge.

MISSIONS

Mission 1: Break their Defenses: Knockout any Champion.

Mission 2: Crush their Hope: Knockout an Avenger.

Mission 3: End their Resistance: Knockout a Champion above {1}% Health without the Combo Meter resetting during the fight.

PARRY- BLOCK PROJECTILE 

Cull Obsidian’s unique shield allows him to use the Parry Mastery against Projectile attacks (only if the Mastery is unlocked & active).

Cull Obsidian Special Attacks:

SP1:     “Collision of Challenge”

A series of devastating strikes softens the opponent before Cull roars a challenge in their face to prove his dominance.

•Combat expertise grants {1} Combo Shield Buffs. When struck, 1 Combo Shield Buff is lost instead of the Combo Meter resetting.

SP2:     “Transformation Devastation” 

A flurry of blows rain down upon Cull’s foe, delivering punishing hammer and claw strikes.

•Each strike has a {0}% chance to pause the duration of all Armor Break Debuffs on the opponent for {2} seconds.

SP3:     “Pummeling Eradication”

With a fully-deployed whip-chain, Cull snags his opponent in a crushing grip before launching them into the wall.

•An influx of power from Thanos causes Cull Obsidian to re-trigger all of his Thanos’ Favor Buffs.

+{1}% Attack for each Persistent Charge.

Champion Synergies: 

INVASIVE FORCE 

Cull Obsidian: New Mission: Disarm their Tech: Knockout a Tech Champion. This Mission can only be completed once each Quest.

Solo: Only affects this Champion and does not stack.

Cull Obsidian: Launching a Special Attack grants a Fury Buff for 4 seconds, increasing attack by {0}%. This Buff gains +150% duration while fighting Hero Champions.

SIGNATURE ABILITY: 

“MASTER OF A DEAD UNIVERSE” 

•Abilities activated through his Special Attacks have {1}%  increased potency.

ABILITIES: 

PRIMEVAL COCOON

When dropping below 95% Health, Thanos activates his Primeval Cocoon, and has a maximum of 1 bar of Power.

•Thanos surrounds himself in a Primeval Cocoon reflecting all damage and stuns back at the Attacker, and granting himself a 100% Chance to Perfect Block.

•While Primeval Cocoon is active if the Attacker strikes Thanos’s Block it grants them power as if it were a Hit.

•If Thanos is struck by a Heavy or Special Attack, the Primeval Cocoon is lost until he activates it again.

•While active Thanos’s Primeval Cocoon reflects all Damage and Stuns back at the Attacker, striking him with a Heavy or Special Attack disables the Cocoon.

RUTHLESS PANDEMONIUM 

When dropping below 65% Health, Thanos activates his Ruthless Pandemonium, instantly fills his first bar of Power, and increases his maximum Power to 2 bars.

•Thanos unleashes Ruthless Pandemonium granting him a Passive Safeguard from taking more than {1}%  of his Max Health in Damage, and Inverting the Attacker’s Controls.

•The Attacker’s Inverted Controls are Removed when Thanos is Struck by a Light Combo Ender.

•While the Attacker’s controls are inverted, Thanos’s attacks Cannot Miss, he receives True Strike, and +{1} Attack Rating.

•While the Attacker’s controls are inverted, the Attacker increases their Attack by {1}% of their Base Attack Rating.

•If Thanos is struck by a Light Combo Ender, he removes the inverted Controls from his opponent.

•The Attacker’s controls are inverted, and their Attack is significantly increased. This effect ends when Thanos is Struck by a Light Combo Ender.

•Creates illusionary projectiles as part of this Special Attack, and grants Safeguard. Grants Attack, True Strike, and Can’t Miss while the Opponent’s Control’s are Inverted.

WARMONGER’S IMPERATIVE

When dropping below 30% Health, Thanos activates his Warmonger’s Imperative, instantly fills his first 2 bars of Power, and increases his maximum Power to 3 bars.

•Thanos enters Warmonger’s Imperative, gaining an Unstoppable Buff for {2} seconds, increasing the Power the Attacker gains for landing hits by {1}% but reducing their Critical Damage Rating to 0.

•Thanos enters Warmonger’s Imperative, gaining an Unstoppable Buff for {2} seconds, going Indestructible, and increasing the Power the Attacker gains for landing hits by {1}% but reducing their Critical Damage Rating to 0.

•Thanos places an Armor Break Debuff on the Attacker reducing their Armor Rating by {1} every {2} second(s). The closer the Attacker is to Thanos, the faster these Armor Breaks are placed.

•Intercepting Thanos’s Dash Attack places an Armor Break Debuff onto Thanos for each Armor Break Debuff on the Attacker. These Armor Breaks last {2} second(s) and reduce Armor Rating by {1}.

•Intercepting Thanos’s Dash Attack places an Armor Break Debuff onto Thanos for each Armor Break Debuff on the Attacker. These Armor Breaks last {2} second(s), reduce Armor Rating by {1},and remove Thanos’s Indestructible Effect while active.

•Thanos goes Unstoppable, and Indestructible, while reducing the Attacker’s Critical Damage Rating to 0, and Armor Breaking the Attacker repeatedly. Intercepting Thanos’s Dash Attack removes the Unstoppable, and briefly copies the Armor Breaks from the Attacker to Thanos, making him vulnerable to damage for their duration.

•Thanos Armor Breaks the Attacker repeatedly. Intercepting Thanos’s Dash Attack removes Unstoppable, transfers Armor Breaks to Thanos, and briefly removes Indestructible.

THANOS BOSS SPECIAL ATTACKS:

AVENGERS INFINITY STONE ENHANCEMENTS:

BLACK WIDOW: 

•Black Widow gains {0}% Power each time she attacks and opponent’s abilities fail to trigger.

•Once the Power consumption ends, Regenerate {1}% of any Health lost while Power was being consumed.

•Black Widow gains Power each time she attacks and opponent’s abilities fail to trigger.

•Gaining a Bar of Power Purifies all Debuffs on Black Widow.

•Black Widow gains Auto-Evade chance equal to her Critical Rate.

•Auto-Evades Nullify all True Strike and True Accuracy Buffs on the opponent.

•Auto-Evades refresh all of Black Widow’s Buffs.

•Auto-Evading Basic Attacks has {0}% chance to Stun the opponent for {2}second(s).

•Special Attacks no longer consume Power instantly but instead steadily consume Power over {2}seconds.

•Special Attacks no longer consume Power instantly but instead steadily consume Power over time.

POWER CONSUMPTION

While Power is being consumed, Critical Hits increase the number of active Cruelty Buffs by {1}%

•While Power is being consumed, the durations of Cruelty Buffs are paused.

IRON MAN:

•Every 3 seconds, Iron Man generates an Armor Up Buff for each Bar of Power, increasing Armor by {1} for {2} seconds.

•Refresh the duration of all Armor Up Buffs and increase their quantity by {1}%.

•Heavy Attacks remove Iron Man’s Armor Buffs based on Heavy Charge time. For each Armor Buff removed, inflict a Shock Debuff on the Opponent, dealing {1} Shock Damage over {2}seconds.

•Offensive Power Gain is increased by {1}% for each Shock on the Opponent.

•Power Burn up to {1}% of the Opponents Max Power and deal Direct Damage proportionate to the amount of Power lost.

•Opponents are Taunted for {2} seconds, reducing their Attack by {1}% and increasing the chances of them activating a Special Attack by {0}%.

•Double the number of active Armor Buffs on Iron Man.

•Arc Overload Regenerates {0}%  more Health and grants +{1} Physical Resistance for {2} seconds. Additionally, gain an Armor Buff for each Armor Buff consumed by charging Heavy Attacks this fight.

SHOCK CHARGE

If this attack is successful, inflict Shock for each active Shock Charge.

CAPTAIN AMERICA;

BAD KARMA

•Each time the Opponent is Fatigued, Power Lock the Opponent for {2} second(s) and inflict a number of Power Sting(s) equal to {1}% of the number of active Power Sting(s).

KARMIC BLASTS

Stuns are enhanced to Karmic Blasts.

•All Stuns inflict Permanent Power Sting. An Opponent with Power Sting takes {1} Direct Damage when activating a Special Attack.

•Regenerates {1}% of max HP every {2} second(s).

•Well-Timed Block regenerates health equal to {1}% Damage mitigated.

CAPTURE SOULS

•After Defeating any Champion, Captain America gains a permanent {0}% increase to Physical Resistance and Attack Rating.

•{1}% of Damage mitigated by Well-Timed Block is reflected back to the Opponent.

•Striking Fatigued Opponent inflicts Power Sting. An Opponent with Power Sting takes {1} Direct Damage when activating a Special Attack.

•Special Attacks deals {1}% additional Damage for every Power Sting on the Opponent.

•Critical Strikes inflict Fatigue.

•{0}% chance a Power Sting is reapplied after triggering.

THOR:

HIGH PRESSURE

While near the Opponent, Thor gains a High Pressure Passive. If Thor is away from his Opponent, High Pressure is Removed.

•While High Pressure is active, the Opponent suffers 1 Armor Break Debuff every 5 second(s), lowering Armor Rating by {1}% for {2} second(s).

•High Pressure pauses all Armor Break Debuffs on the Opponent and all Buffs on Thor.

•While High Pressure is active, the Opponent suffers 1 Armor Break every 5 second(s) and pauses Duration of Opponents Armor Break Debuffs and any Buffs on Thor.

ROCK AND A HARD PLACE

•When Landing a Heavy Attack on an Opponent whose is near the wall, Thor gains {1}% more Aptitude Buffs.

STUN LOCKED

•While the Opponent is Stunned, every {0} hits generates an Armor Up Buff increasing Armor Rating by {1}% for {2} second(s).

•Every time Thor replaces 1 Stun with another Stun or 1 Fury Buff with another Fury Buff, he gains an Aptitude Buff increasing Potency of any new Fury, Armor Up, and Precision Buffs by {1}%  for {2} second(s).

HULK:

Clarity Through Rage
