You can find this in Liyue, under the cliffs. You can find it specifically on Mt. Hulao. On the other hand, Noctilucous Jade is another specialty of Liyue and can only be found there. This is also a mineral, and it is considered rare. When it’s dark the Noctilucous Jade glimmers.

For the Cor Lapis, if you are searching for it, you may want to go to the location found between the Dawn Winery and Stone Gate. You may choose to teleport to ports near this location to make it easier for you to go here. You will be going to the part where is a waterfall, and there you can see the Cor Lapis.
You can also want to go to the main gate under Wuwang Hill near Stone Gate, and you run, then there is a cave in there where you can see Cor Lapis and Noctilucous Jade.
You may also go to Stone Gate in the road, do not go across the bridge, head north to see a cave that you run into, and you can see the precious stones here that you can pick up.
