Introduction
This glossary is for searching meanings behind certain terms, acronyms, people etc. It’s divided into 3 sections, Gameplay Mechanics, Lore and Miscellaneous. Each section is also arranged and separated alphabetically. You can use the Ctrl + F function to search for a certain term, or look through the lists below to find what you’re looking for.
All credits go to the respective authors for the guides that are linked from this document.
Gameplay Mechanics
All glossaries regarding gameplay. More focused on the gameplay aspects, may or may not intervene with Lore, include common terms used in GFL Official Discord or GFL Community in general.
[Number]-[Number]+Letter = Format for Chapter and stages in GFL.
Examples:
2-2 refers to the Second Chapter, Second Normal Battle.
1-1n refers to the First Chapter, First Stage Night Battle.
4-3e refers to the Fourth Chapter, Third Stage Emergency Battle.
Event stages will have “E” letter in front of them and no additional letter in the back. What event is referred to depends on the context.
Examples:
E1-4 during Operation CUBE event/context refers to First Chapter, Fourth Battle: “Facet Disintegrate” (“Side Collapse” in EN)
E2-2 during Hitoribocchi event/context refers to Second Chapter, Second Battle: “Inflated Ambitions”
EX 1-2 is also possible for EX difficulty stages (In this case, EX 1-2 would be Adolescence EX for the Va11 HALL-A collab event.)
All “Type (X)” sometimes will be referred to as “T(X)” or just “(X)” depending on the context.
Examples:
“If only I can get T97”; “T97” here refers to “Type 97”
“Switch 95’s position with Homete’s”, “95” here refers to “Type 95”
* = Usually stands for the rarity of a certain T-Doll / Fairy / Equipment. Example – 5* Command stands for a 5 star rarity Command Fairy, or 5* AR means a 5-star rarity Assault Rifle
**/**/**/** = (Replace ** with a certain number) = Recipes / cost used to obtain certain T-Dolls / Equips. The numbers are split between Manpower/Ammunition/Rations/Parts. An example would be: I got G11 using 91/400/400/30 or AR Recipe is 91/400/400/30. Alternatively 130×4 could also mean 130 of each resource was used.
*x4 = Alternatively, this recipe calls for using the same amount of resources for crafting. For example, using 10×4 means to use 10 Manpower, Ammo, Rations and Parts for crafting equipment.
Alphanumeric Symbol / Numbers
0-2 / 0-2 drag = Popular stage for corpse dragging due to the both the experience and core gain from it. Corpse dragging needs a somewhat specific team to make it effective. A guide to 0-2 dragging, courtesy of Ceia can be found here.
16Lab = Gameplay wise, refers to the 16Lab equipment obtainable from special events. Statistically wise, they are identical to the 5-star variants of equipment, but are fully calibrated to max on obtaining them.
40 = Refers to the 4-star Submachine Gun UMP40
416 = Refers to the 5-star Assault Rifle HK416
45 = Refers to the 4-star Submachine Gun UMP45
9 = Refers to the 4-star Submachine Gun UMP9
5-7 = Refers to the 5-star Handgun Five-SeveN
A
Abandoned Golyat / Goliath = Interactable object on the combat map introduced via the VA-11 HALL-A collaboration. These can be picked up by your echelons and on specifics nodes in the map, can be thrown out to destroy targets.
ACC = Accuracy
Achievement = Rewards for completion of certain tasks in maps / over time. These are automatically awarded to you once returning to the main screen after achieving a certain goal. You can check the Achievements tab in the index tab at the bottom of the main screen to look through known achievements and their rewards. (Click on the button with two triangles to switch out the options). Rewards are hugely varied, so be sure to look through them if you’re looking for a particular rewards / achievement. Some achievements are hidden as well, particularly those linked to maps.
Adv Sim = Refers to the advanced version of simulations that cost 3 sim energy to do. Usually used in conjunction with data sims / exp sims. (adv data sim or adv exp sim). Contextually can change depending on the usage / day referred to. For more information on simulations in general, click on this link here.
Aegis = Slow moving armored unit utilized by both Sangvis Ferri and KCCO. Aegis’ are armored, have 0 evasion, move slow and hit for pitiful damage. Their high life and armor however, allow them to “tank” damage to buy time for their harder hitting comrades to wreak havoc on your teams. KCCO’s Aegis’ are even beefier with more HP and armor. AP ammo is a big help, and a must versus the latter version. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Affection = A numerical representation of your bond with a T-doll. The higher the number, the closer the bond which gives perks such as an increase of 5% for accuracy, evasion and damage at 90 Affection. At maximum affection, Oath becomes available (see Oath for more details) which further increases the affection cap to 150, and grants 5% more to the above stats among other perks. Combined with Mod this had additional perks, see mod entry for details.
Affection can be gained via their participation in battle (leaders / MVP earn more), gifting them costumes / sweets in the dorms, dorm coziness and clicking on them in the dorm daily. Affection can also be lost however. If a T-doll is killed in battle, they lose 10 affection and the others will lose 5. If all are killed, then all will suffer the 10 affection penalty. Retreating, or loss by enemies getting past you don’t have affection penalties. Also, the above does not apply in boss fights or combat simulations.
Alternatively, Affection can refer to Kalina’s affection gained from tapping her daily and purchasing items with gems in the shop. Higher affection increases the range of gifts and the amount of them she can give.
Aggro = Certain mobs on the combat map will chase an allied echelon once they enter it’s “aggro” radius. Areas marked in the red glowing circle are considered the range of its aggro. You can press and hold on enemies on the map to see their aggro radius (if any). Take note that in the event of multiple aggros, the closest one will be “marked” as the target and that certain radar nodes can alter aggro.
Airborne Fairy / Airdrop Fairy / Para Fairy = Refers to the Paradrop Fairy. Noted because of its extreme tactical application once fully upgraded. Often used in conjunction with Para Route to reflect a route taken for a stage that requires the use of the Parachute fairy to accomplish.
Airstrike = Refers to the airstrike fairy, notably their skill which does a large AoE strike on the enemy. Can be used in conjunction with the stage 6-3N for easy experience. A video guide by Ceia can be seen on the right for a detailed explanation on 6-3N farming. Aside from having a very useful skill that activates at a useful time, also has useful aura buffs for damage, accuracy and evasion. Her skill is the bane of units such as Dinergates and Tarantulas.
Alchemist = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 6-6, 6-4E and 6-6N. Boasting high damage and other stats, she’s quite a dangerous boss to deal with. Furthermore, her skills in which she prepares for an attack in which she visually splits herself and does a massive barrage of damage on the target. This will almost certainly bring them down to critical health so be warned! However, you can use this against her as if you retreat at the right moment before she splits, she will cancel her attack and stall for quite a while and not do anything. This will allow you pile on your damage to defeat her. Otherwise, kite and deal with her as necessary. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Ammo Box = Stands for Ammunition Box, the Machinegun exclusive equipment that fits in the T-Doll slot. Adds ammo, allowing them to shoot for longer but slightly decreases evasion.
Anna Fairy = VA-11 HALL-A collaboration fairy obtainable from the event store. Considered as a pseudo-sidegrade to the Warrior Fairy. It costs 80 White Knight Armor Fragments to purchase and 3 are available from the store. Since fairies can be expensive to produce, these should be highly considered to be obtained.
AP = Armor Piercing. Can refer to AP Ammo. Also can be refer to Action Points – the amount of moves one can make on the map.
APK = Android Application Package. Particularly important for those who need the file for their devices or emulators. GooglePlay APK can be found here. In case, you are unable to use this link, you can inquire on ask-help for assistance.
APCR = 5-star HV Ammunition Equipment equipable by ARs.
AR = Assault Rifle. ARs can be generally divided into a few categories: Self-buffing ARs, ARs with skills that improve their own stats by either improving their Firepower / Rate of Fire or naders, ARs that launch grenades that do Area of effect damage. These often act as the main damage dealers for most of your echelons.
AR Team / AR Squad / Anti Rain = M4A1, STAR-15, Sopmod, M16A1 and RO635 are all part of this squad. Gameplay-wise all are often used and leveled due to each of them being capable in their own ways.
For the lore version of this entry, click here. (Beware of unmarked spoilers in lore page!)
Architect = Sangvis Ringleader encountered in AW, DD, Cube/Cube+ and potentially other events. Her attacks are quite strong and are even sometimes aimed at your backline making her a dangerous adversary. To top it off, her skills have a large area of effect to boot and are centralized at a member of your echelon. Because of this, try not to have units at the center column as one of her skills is a 3×3 area which means anything hit in the center will likely deal a large amount of damage to the rest of your squad. Aside from this, a plus aoe attack can be thrown out as well. Mobile units such as ARSMGs are recommended due to how much movement is needed when fighting her. Lastly do take note that if your units ever get out of range when fighting her due to maneuvering them around, they might get hit when they maneuver back into range. Micro carefully to avoid this happening! For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
ARSMG = Echelon which uses Assault Rifles and Submachine Guns. 3AR2SMG means
running 3 Assault Rifles and 2 SMGs. A guide to build your ARSMG teams can be found here, courtesy of OmegaHymenBuster.
Armor = Stat which decreases the damage taken by the amount you have. SGs have this stat by default and can be increased via the armored vest SG-exclusive T-Doll equip (minus the fact M16 can also equip it) as well via buff tiles and other fairies. M16 can also obtain a SPEQ which grants her armor helping make her even more effective for 0-2 farming for 1 AR dragging. Take note you cannot completely nullify damage even if the armor stat is higher than the damage you take; instead you will receive 1 damage. Certain enemies have this stat as well so be careful and take that into account.
Can also refer to the Armor Fairy, notable mostly for its high armor aura buff as well as significant boost to both damage and crit damage. Combined with its skill can add a large amount of armor to largely reduce damage, but the use of this can be debatable due to few battles requiring that much armor (ie: Garm Fight in Deep Dive.)
Armored Humanoid Type S.F Enemy = Aegis enemies fall under this category. A common place to farm this type of enemy for weeklies, especially early on, is at 1-4N.. (Can be completed with Armored Machine Weekly quest below to be efficient.)
Armored Machine Type S.F Enemy = Nemeum, Manticores and Tarantulas fall under this category. A common place to farm this type of enemy for weeklies, especially early on, is at 1-4N.
At position (insert number here) = Refers to the position where a T-Doll should be placed in the 9 square grid using the keyboard numpad as the basis. Example: “Place SR-3MP / Shrimp on position 8.” See the image on the next page / below for reference.
Aura = Refers to the passive buff fairies’ provide to echelons. Check the link on the right for more in-depth information on fairies made by 25thNight- and Emperorripmg. Link here.
Auto = Refers to Auto-battling. Example: “Should I auto 3-4N for AR-15 drop?” Unlocked by earning the gold, silver and bronze medals for normal and the same for emergency. For night battles, earned by clearing the map with an S rank. Also is done as another source of experience. A chart comparing experience earned to resources used can be found here. https://imgur.com/a/JdLluuf
Autoskill = Setting that causes T-Dolls to automatically use their skills once their CD runs out. For certain T-Dolls like CMS and Bamboos, you should set their skills to be manual.
AW = Arctic Warfare Event
B
B Formation – Formation with T-Dolls situated in tiles, 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7.
Backline – T-Dolls who stand in the back of the formation, usually on numpad positions 1,4 and 7. Often responsible for dealing damage to the enemies you face.
Bamboos / Nuke = Alternatively known as Nuke RFs, these RFs have long initial CDs but shoot out an extreme amount of damage. Usually used to bypass bosses’ and their scripted attacks. Not meant at all for general use and take a lot of setup. To learn more about them, you can check the guide by GFC and look under concepts for “Nuke RFs”. The link here can take you to the document itself.
BAR / Auntie BAR / o-BAR-san = Refers to 4-star Machine Gun M1918.
Barrier = Protection either from skills or carried normally by either your T-Dolls / enemies. See shield entry for more details.
Barrier Fairy = Refers to Shield Fairy. Click here to move to that entry.
Batt = Short for Batteries. Batteries are used to create Combat Reports in the dormitory or upgrade equipment in the Dormitory, such as the Data Room, Fairy Room or much less likely, the Rescue Station. Batteries can be obtained from your dorm and friend dorms following their resets, as rewards or certain packages from the shop.
BB / BBGG = BlazBlue event. Is the same with Guilty Gear Event due to it’s being Arc System Works Collaboration Event overall.
Bean = Refers to the exploding enemy, Black Golyat and the stronger Red Golyat. Can also mean “Ban” in other context or generally something negative.
Also refers to the abandoned goliath interactable where an echelon on top of it can pick up the abandoned goliath and throw them at certain enemies from certain nodes on the combat map.
Beer = Obtainable consumable from VA-11 collab that increases experience by 10,000 per beer used. Limited quantity, so most advise to save this for much later. (ie: Once MOD system arrives.)
BenTen / Ben 10 = Refers to the 2-star Handgun Bren Ten
Big 4 = Composed of 4 Machine Guns: MG5, PK, PKP and M2HB
Big Bamboo = T-Dolls with a skill capable of dealing a lot of damage in one blow. Usually refers to NTW / M99 who have a longer initial CD but do much more damage than their “Small Bamboo” variant
Bingo Event = Mini event where the goal is the complete quests in order to earn keycards or points used to fill a board and complete lines to earn various rewards. Also known as Keycard, the entry of which can be found here.
Big Beer = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Bronson Extract, Flanergide and Karmotrine. Grants to SGs a 20% Armor boost and 30% Damage and Accuracy for 8 seconds on activation. When used with Dana, she will gain 0.5 points of shield HP per point of armor. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Bizon – Refers to the 4-star SMG PP-19.
Black Card = Currency obtained from duplicate costumes from the Re-supply Gacha. Each duplicate costume awards one Black Card. These Black Cards can be turned in for other items such as costumes and furniture among others.
Bleeding Jane = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Flanergide, Bronson Extract and Pwd. Delta. Increases crit rate of ARs and RFs by 25%, 60% of the crit rate over the cap becomes extra crit damage. When used with Stella, her skill passive will only require 10 attacks to trigger rather than 16. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Boss Echelon = Echelon suited to taking down bosses (or a specific boss). Most bosses can be handled with a decent ARSMG squad, but certain bosses with special mechanics (especially later on) might require some particular setups.
Boss Bully = Events where a special shop currency can be earned each day by defeating bosses (actually clearing stages, but since the bosses are usually sitting on the command posts . . .) on maps 1-6, 2-6 all the way to 6-6, giving 6 opportunities to earn the currency for rewards in the Shop, such as furniture, 5* EQ amongst others. In these events, the tactic is often to . . .
Boss Rush = Refers to making a beeline for the stage’s boss as soon as possible / start of the map to quickly dispatch and obtain their drops.
Brainlets = Usually refers to the damage simulation website which can be found here. Can also refer to players who think “meme” teams work on every battle. Ie: using IWS Exodia on every battle.
Brandtini = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Adelhyde, Adelhyde and Pwd. Delta. Grants a 25% MG damage and accuracy increase for 8 seconds once active. When used with Alma, increases the duration of her drones from 4 seconds to 5 seconds. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Brute Force = Dispatching an enemy by stacking FP to a point where an enemy’s armor statistic is easily surpassed. Nades and Molotovs can also help with this feat as they ignore armor.
Brute = Sangvis Ferri unit distinguishable by their blue hair and choice of weaponry: dual blades. These move very fast towards your echelon before pausing and then slashing at the T-Dolls in front of them. These blades have low accuracy, but have a lot of damage and armor piercing. Shotgun T-Dolls are a bad choice against due to their lower evasion stat. ARSMG echelons are the go to for dispatching brutes and skills that slow such as smoke, or grenades / molotovs are recommended against them. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Buck / Buckshot = SG-exclusive ammunition that increases damage and critical damage. The preferred ammunition that shotguns should be using.
Budget = Usually refers to using 2-star or 3-star T-dolls who are much less core intensive than their 4-star / 5-star sisters. Could also refer to T-Dolls who are weaker, but similar to nature to other high rarity T-Dolls. Example: Ingram is a budget UMP45.
Buff = The act of giving beneficial effects to others. Example: “Buff FP” or “Buff ROF”. Take note that buffs that given from formation and tiles is additive, while the buffs that are granted from skill effects are multiplicative.
Bullet Time = Slow down of the battlefield while you hold down your units in battle. The slowing down of time will help you make decisions in the heat of battle if needed. You can also opt to cancel out the slowing down of time via the settings from the main menu.
Burst = Dealing large damage in one or a few hits. Usually not as strong as Nuke, but has similarity in dealing huge damage in quick succession. Can refer to Small Bamboo Team or Burst ARSMG teams.
C
Calib = Short for calibration. Usually refers to Equipment calibration or Fairy Calibration.
Calico / Seaweed = The 5-star Handgun M950A.
Campaign = Combat Missions which permanently add past event maps to the list of playable maps. Each map gives rewards for clearing them which are different from the rewards completing them in the event proper. Since campaign mode counts your progress from the event before, if you cleared it before, you will not be able to obtain the new reward listed. Certain changes also take place such as some T-Dolls not being available as drops anymore from certain maps.
Cano / Canos = Refers to the pair of 5-star Rifles M91/38 and M1891. See Grape / Strawberry for their own individual entries.
Cap = Usually refers to capturing something; capping enemy base, capping supply point, etc. Can also mean the capacity for a certain resource / stat.
Cape = Rifle exclusive equipment that goes in the T-Doll slot which increases the damage they do on a critical hit but reduces their movement speed. Often not used in certain boss fights as this kills their ability to dodge mechanics.
Capsule = Refers to Enhancement Capsules used to Enhance T-Dolls stats.
Captain China = The 4-star Shotgun Type 97S
Cat Nun = Refers to 4-star HG P7.
CBJ-MS = Refers to the 5-star Submachine Gun C-MS.
CD = Short for Cooldown. Usually refers to the time it takes for a T-Doll can use her skill in combat. Initial CD refers to the time it takes before she can use it when the battle begins, otherwise it refers to time needed before she can re-use her skill.
CDR = Stands for Cool Down Reduction, which reduces the cooldown on Skills. Maximum reduction is at 30%.
CE = Combat Effectiveness. This refers to the numbers you see on enemy and friendly echelons on the map or those on the right when forming an echelon. These give an estimate of how strong the echelon is, but don’t rely on it to determine if you will succeed or not. Formation and composition are more key to winning rather than stacking the number as high as possible.
CE Padding = Stacking as much CE as possible, mainly for the reason of being at the top of your friend’s list when they choose a support unit, as this nets you 10 Friendship Points per time you are chosen.
Cerberus / Garm = An extremely large Dinergate armed with lasers, machine guns, missiles and armor who appeared in Deep Dive. Difficult to deal with unprepared. Best choice of units to tackle Garm are an MGSG squad with an HG to help buff your units although other combinations of units are possible as long as you are aware of its capabilities. Her machine gun has quite a lot of RoF and a SG is recommended as it can severely hamper the damage of the machine gun, especially for a long fight. She also occasionally fires missiles on the middle column which will hit anyone in those sections. You may want to choose to avoid to place units there whenever possible. It’s skill is to shoot the middle row with a power laser and fire missiles on either the top or bottom row at the same time. The missiles, depending on your units may take out nor not take out a link, but as much as possible keep out of the middle row! Thankfully, as long as you can keep it at bay and stick to the safer areas, Garm won’t take too long to deal with unless you’re fighting the ranking version. Armor Fairy can help in mitigating some of the damage in case your SG can’t fully reduce the damage to as low as possible so take note of that. For more information regarding this unit and others, check ogur GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Certs = Short for certificates. Usually refers to Oath Certificates.
Cerynitis = Nemeum look-a-like mechs utilized by the KCCO. While functionally similar to Nemeums, these deploy faster and don’t need to charge before firing. Furthermore, these shoot much faster and can quickly destroy your T-Dolls if you let them start their barrage. Their armor isn’t much higher than a regular Nemuem, however.
Cheese = The act of easily beating a stage / fight by using an unintended or particular strategy that makes it much easier to complete.
Choroi = The 3-star Machine Gun M2HB
Cinnamai / Cinnamon Roll = Alternate name for the 4-star Assault Rifle M4A1.
Collab = Short for collaboration between Girls’ Frontline and another game. Known collaborations are the DJMAX event, Honkai event, Blazblue event and the VA11 HALL-A event.
Colt Revolver / SAA / Cola = The 4-star Handgun SAA.
Combat Report = Item that grants 3000 experience to a T-Doll / Fairy. Reports can be obtained via the Data Room and cost batteries to craft. The length of time, the amount of reports and batteries needed are all dependent on the level of the data room’s furniture. To give a data report, go the dorm room where the T-Doll / Fairy you wish to give the reports is, click warehouse and under gifts, present the combat reports and finally click on the T-Doll / Fairy of your choice.
Comfort = The level of “comfort” your T-Dolls find in their Dormitories. The higher the comfort level of your dorm, the more batteries can be produced by your condenser every day. The maximum comfort is 21000, but out of that, 10000 is the base while 8000 is obtained via set bonuses by having furniture of the same theme in the dorm. (This increases to +2000, +5000 and finally +8000 with the full set for 5* furniture sets. 2000 is the max increase for 4* furniture sets). The last 3000 comes from 3 pets in the dormitory. The formula for calculating the battery production is as follows (credits to Projekt Night for his discord post on this): (2-10 dorms : 50, 85, 95, 99, 101, 102, 102.5, 103, 103.5) + 11(sum of comfort)/10000-0.1(sum of comfort)^2/100000000 with an error range of ±2. More comfort also increases the rate T-Doll affection increases for dolls in the dorm, but the rate is generally very bad to begin with.
Command = Refers to the command fairy. Very good overall aura which buffs crit damage, damage, evasion and slight armor. Quite useful for the aura alone. Skill might be of some use, but not too notable overall.
Comp = Short for Composition. Refers to the echelon setup in general. Depending on context, either refers to general compositions for use against almost anything, or compositions focused on defeating bosses / certain types of enemies.
Construction / Construction Fairy = Primarily refers to the fairy. Alternatively, named Fortess fairy. Stat distribution is similar to Taunt’s with a few differences, but it’s real use comes from its skill. At max skill level, the 30% boost to damage, accuracy, evasion, armor and crit rate is extremely good. However, since it deploys a position for these buffs, you will have to have an echelon wait for enemies to go onto the node (while they are on it) to make use of it. The term “Construction” could also be used as an alternative way to talk about crafting. You can go to the entry for Fortress Fairy via the link here.
Core = Usually refers to disassembling a unit to receive cores. Example: “Should I core Mp5”? DO NOT USE THIS TO REFER TO DUMMY LINKING. Also you can use “retire” or “scrap” instead. Example: “Should I retire MP5?” or “Should I scrap AK47?”. In any case, you should ASK to avoid confusion if this term is used. Also refers to the resource “Cores” needed to Dummy Link a T-Doll. (With the recovery feature available, getting back lost T-Dolls is now possible, though still BE CAREFUL as recovering costs cores and can only be done once a week!)
Core Hell = Having a lack of cores to dummy link any of your T-Dolls. Usually can occur from running too many higher rarity T-Dolls at the beginning of the game, or crafting way too many fairies. Your mileage may vary towards this situation. For more information on Dummy Linking, click here.
Corpse Dragging / Corpse Drag / Beggar Run / Drag = The act of leveling units or running stages using as little resources as possible by not resupplying the tank and “corpses” while only resupplying the DPSes. For more information, please refer to guides about Corpse Dragging. Document Explaining Corpse Dragging. Video Explaining Corpse Dragging.
Corpse Whip / Corpse Whipping = Occurs when your second T-Doll shoots at the dead enemy or almost dead enemy your first T-Doll targets. Results in ineffective DPS. Factors such as statistics, enemy opponent, statistic timing, frame of shooting among others can play a part in this occurring. Video example here: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/410790982116966400/592237739043323907/corpse_whipping_textbook_ex.gif
Costume = T-Doll skins obtainable from Re-supply Gachas or purchased from shops. Costumes have a 2% overall chance to drop from the gacha.
Craft / Crafting = Refers to the usage of T-Doll / Equipment production to obtain certain dolls, equipments or fairies.
Crate = Limited time items that can be obtained in major events. You can earn only a certain amount every day and these crates can contain resources, tokens, data, contracts alongside other event-specific obtainables and non event-specific ones.
CR = Stands for combat reports used to level both T-Dolls and Fairy’s in the dormitory. See Combat Reports entry for more details. Click here to go to that entry.
CR Boosting = Using Combat Reports to level up T-Dolls quickly. Used to rush preparations for an event. Usually expensive in terms cores and pills as a significant amount will be used to fully link and enhance them.
CRT / Crit / Crit Rate = Critical chance. Could also refer to using a scope that provides crit such as a VFL scope.
Critical Damage = Damage inflicted when a critical is made. Crit Damage can be increased via equipment, fairies and a few T-Dolls’ tile bonuses / Skills. Critical damage can be calculated via the formula below: (Credit to Projekt Night for the post on Discord)
Crit dmg = 150% x Crit dmg increase%
For reference, here is the old equation that was replaced with an update:
Crit dmg = 1+50%x Crit dmg increase%
CT = Continuum Turbulence Event
CUBE = Refers to Operation CUBE Event.
CUBE + = Rerun of the Operation CUBE event. Offers the original CUBE rewards for those who haven’t completed it yet, and extra stages with more rewards. No ranking stage.
Cyclops = KCCO frontline infantry armed with Assault Rifles or Shotguns. Functionally, similar to Sangvis Ferri Vespids. Low shot damage, but can also use Grenade Launchers which deal a high amount of AOE damage, especially to fully linked dolls. Fast firing T-Dolls are recommended, as lower RoF T-dolls such as RFs may not be able to kill them in time.
D
Dactyl = Tarantula-like robots utilized by the KCCO. These enemies deploy mines as they dash toward your echelons. You’ll need to avoid the mines to avoid substantial damage. Defensively, MGs and ARs can handle them easily. Check the video posted in Ceia’s guide for an idea on how to avoid triggering the mines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITUtRuF4TLY&feature=youtu.be&t=178 (Battle from 3:03 onwards shows a way to avoid them.)
Daily / Dailies = Refers to the quests that are available after every reset.
Data Room = Room accessible from the dormitory which contains functions relating to the creation of Combat Reports. One of the more important rooms to upgrade in the Dormitory, next to the Fairy Chamber.
DD = Refers to either Defense Drill, or the event Deep Dive.
Defense / Defense Fairy = 0
DEFY = Refers to the 5-star T-Dolls AK-12 and AN-94. Can also refer to include the MOD III versions of M4A1 and ST-AR 15. For the lore version of this entry, click here. (Beware of unmarked spoilers in lore page!)
Destroyer = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 5-6 and 5-4E. Firepower wise, she’s a far cry more powerful in comparison to the previous bosses boasting almost 2.5 times more than Intruder. This means each of her hits will definitely eliminate your links in one hit. However, her accuracy and rate of fire are significantly lower making her easier to hold back. Evasion SMGs work with High Evasion HGs being better choices for tanking her. While you probably don’t have MGSG squads at this point, don’t use them as she will definitely shred the SG tank without any issues. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Dinergate = Dog-like enemy belonging to Sangvis Ferri. While housing individually low HP and evasion, these enemies come in large packs and deal a very large amount of damage (even to SGs) should they be allowed to close the distance and attack. Rifle T-Dolls or MGs without sufficient ammo to deal with them are ill-advised if they cannot clear them all before they reach their targets. ARSMG teams, molotovs / explosives are all great choices versus them. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Dismantle = Refers to Retirement of T-Dolls. Alternatively also called “Scrap / scrapping”. Removes a T-Doll/ Equipment from your roster and returns resources, and cores depending on the rarity of the T-Doll. Same as “Retire” entry in Glossary.
DJMAX / DJMAX Collab = Rhythm game created by Neowiz Muca. Notable as a collaboration event that took place in the older servers. The collaboration is confirmed to arrive on the EN servers, but was noted by the devs to only arrive some time after Singularity.
Doppelsoldner = Power Armor utilized by the White Knights & Paradeus. Very slow, but also heavily armored (199 – 299 Armor!), these might not have normal attacks, but they use their skill to mark tiles for bombardment to damage your dolls. Normal Link protection (see Health Gating) doesn’t work for these attacks and neither can they be dodged. Terminate quickly. Their slow speed allows you to build up damage on them so RFHGs are a good choice, but make sure they’re well equipped especially on the EX difficulties! For more information on this unit and any unit related to the Va11 Hall-A collab, click on the link here for a guide by GFC to learn more. (Click on the units for more information!)
DOT = Stands for Damage Over Time where damage is dealt every x seconds over a period of time such as Scorpion’s or Vector’s skill. Could also refer to Dot Sight [See ITI].
Double Dipping = Mechanic bug with K5 where if you move a T-doll between K5s tiles as her skill activates, they will get double or triple the amount of buff.
DPS = Damage per second. Refers to units who specialize in dealing damage. Can also be used to ask about the damage output of certain units.
Dragoon = Sangvis Ferri unit distinguished by the walker it rides on. These move very quickly, hit hard and can take some punishment before being put down. These “elites” can quickly shred SMGs should they fail to dodge their shots in their uptime. Only a few / several of them are ever in one squad so taking them out isn’t too difficult. RFs who target them first usually, smoke / stun / debuff skills which hinder their movement are good choices to buy time to kill them. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Dreamer = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 7-6, 7-4E, 8-6, 8-4E and 7-6N. One of the more dangerous bosses fought in the current content, Dreamer’s fight starts out with you having to reach her by moving a long distance before you can start damaging her. Mobile units are a must as well as evasive SMGs as her shots are both painful and accurate. On Chapter 7, once you reach her, it is a matter of dealing with her as normal.
Chapter 8 and her other appearances are much more difficult not just because of her increased stats, but mainly her access to her laser skill. This laser targets either the top, middle or bottom row, but has no mark on the ground to signal where it will strike. To maneuver, you will have to keep her eye on Dreamer and look where she flies once she prepares to strike and move your units out of the way. You need good reflexes as even your most mobile units units will only have so much time to dodge the attack. Realistically, you will take some chip damage or might even misread the attack. Chances are if you take too much damage, you might as well consider a reset as you may have lost too many units to have a chance at winning. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Drop = Refers to a T-Doll or Equipment reward for clearing a map. Note that 5-star and 4-star rarity dolls and 5-star equipment have a very slim chance to drop.
Dummy Echelon / Dummy / Dummies = An echelon usually consisting of a single linked HG deployed in a map usually to provide extra AP / fulfill other tasks.
Dummy Link / Dummy Linking = The process of adding an extra link to a T-Doll done from the factory menu. Dummy Linking adds an extra T-Doll to the unit, increasing the maximum HP, damage output as well as the experience earned from battles (each link adds 0.5 multiplier to the base of 1.) Dummy Linking requires cores and the cost increases further when linking a 4th unit and finally the 5th unit. Rarity plays a part in determining how many cores are used and for beginners, linking too many high rarity T-Dolls can easily lead to Core Hell. (See the link here for more details.)
2-star T-Dolls have a base cost of 1 core, 3-stars have 3 cores, 4-stars have 9, and 5-stars have 15! The first 2 times you dummy link, it’ll be the cost of the base, but the 3rd time will cost double the base amount and the 4th time will cost thrice the amount. Note that you can use dupes you have of T-Dolls to remove one “base” cost of the core cost. Ie: If you are linking HK416 for the 4th time but have 2 dupes, you can use those dupes and remove 30 cores from the cost, leaving you with only 15 cores needed to link her.
Dupe / Duping = Duplicate, an extra copy or the process of it. Usually used when talking about duplicate T-Dolls or limited equipment.
Dupe Game = The act of using multiple copies of the same unit. Example: having 4 max leveled Welrods with max level skill to use in multiple echelons
E
Ech / Echelon = Short for Echelon
Emu = Stands for Emulator. Notable Emulators to play GFL on are Mumu, LDplayer, Nox and Bluestacks.
Encirclement / Surround Capture = Capturing a node on the combat map by surrounding all nodes around it under your color. Alternatively, if your node is surrounded by the color of the enemy, then it will be captured. The capture will take place in the next turn. Useful for taking some nodes without a fight if a powerful enemy is on it, or in some maps, capturing a heliport when impossible to reach by normal means.
Enhance / Enhancement = Powering up equipment / T-Dolls using other T-Dolls or Equipment, typically using 2-star or 3-star equipment. Note that equipment enhancement is unlocked after completing 1-4N. Can also refer to the enhancement capsules used for T-Dolls which can also be used to power them up.
EOT / Holographic Sight = Equipment that raises Acc and Dmg, but lowers RoF. Can be either the 5-star variant, or the equipment in general.
Eq / Equip = Short for Equipment
Eva / Evade = Evasion
Event Token = Currency obtained from events used to purchase limited-time offers in the shop. The shop offers widely vary but usually contain equipment, furniture, combat reports, tokens and sometimes T-Dolls. Typically a limited amount of currency can be obtained daily until the end of the event.
Exchange Ticket = Currency obtained from rolling in Re-Supply Gacha for current bundles (not Radiant Collection!). You obtain 1 ticket for a single roll and 11 for a 10 roll. These tickets can be used to purchase furniture / costumes from the current bundle. If there are any unspent tickets when the bundle ends, they are converted back to Tokens in a 1:1 ratio.
Executioner = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 0-6 and 0-4E. She also makes appearances in other events. Executioner wields both a pistol (which does low damage per shot) and a sword which at the point of encountering her for the first time, can shave a link off of a T-Doll quite easily. Move your T-Dolls away before she brings her sword down to avoid taking excess damage. She also moves quite fast, so be careful she doesn’t run past your echelon in battle. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
EX = Difficulty mode that is much harder than the “Regular Difficulty” or Normal Mode. Typically comes out for events and features rewards different from those obtained on Normal Mode but is ultimately optional, especially for players who may not be able to clear them.
Exo = Exoskeleton Equipment. Type T Exo (can be referred as TExo) is the exoskeleton which adds more dodge but reduces damage, and Type X Exo (can be referred as XExo) adds less dodge but has no damage reduction. UMPexo, the SPEQ gained from DD adds the same amount of dodge as a T-Exo, with increased crit damage and no evasion drawbacks.
Exodia Team = IWS Team composed of: IWS, Stechkin, Calico, Welrod, Five-Seven. Now it mostly refers to actual usable teams with 1 or 2 heavy DPS(-es) and buffers.
Exp = Short for experience. Gained following the completion of battles / auto battles. In battle, experience is obtained following the success of a battle, and auto battles for when the squad returns from the mission. The experience obtained is increased for those who are in the leader position (leftmost in echelon) and for those who obtain the MVP award (does not apply for auto battles). Aside from this, the experience gained is also multiplied by how many times the unit was linked. All bonuses are multiplicative and are as follows: 1.2x for leader, 1.3 for MVP, and 0.5x increase to the base multiplier per dummy link (max of 2.0 increase). Experience is needed to level up your units to increase their stat capacity, allow them to use better equipment and allow for more links to be made among other applications.
Exp Fairy = Refers to the Command Fairy whose ability is to grant extra EXP after battle if activated.
Exp up = Mini event where experience earned from combat missions (auto included) is increased by 50% for a limited time. Does not affect Combat Simulations. Usually takes prior to a major event (Singu, DD, AW etc.)
Expedition = New System released on CN Server that lets you trade items obtained from “Expeditions” for currency that can be traded for other items. Unreleased in EN and will probably be for a long time.
F
F2K = The 2-star Assault Rifle F-2000
F2P = Free to play. Refers to players who haven’t spent any real money in-game.
Formation = The positions your T-Dolls of each echelon take in battle setup according to your preferences. A large amount of your success and effectiveness in battle depends on how your formation is setup due to the tile buffs your T-Doll provide, their effectiveness in said positions according to their roles and a large number of other factors including the enemies they’ll face. Each formation has it’s pros and cons depending on the fights you’ll take and preparation is just as or more important than the actual battle.
To help, a guide by Brassy and Jetroyz about formations can help you determine which one to use. You can find it here.
F Formation = Formation with T-Dolls situated in tiles, 1, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
Fairy = Support units that give benefits to the echelon they are assigned to. They are normally crafted through heavy equipment production. (Unlocked at 60 Unique stage clears) Fairies provide a passive boost in stats to the echelon as well as a unique skill depending on the type of fairy equipped. For more in-depth information on fairies – please check the document by 25thNight- and Emperorripmg linked here.
Fairy Chamber = Room accessible from the dormitory relating to Fairies and the usage of Fairy Command points. Room is unlocked once Fairies are, which is at 60 unique map clears.
Fairy Command = Resource needed to activate Fairy Skills. Rate of recovery depends on the level of the Fairy Chamber equipment relating to Fairy Command recovery. Maximum recovery is 15 Fairy Commands every 6 hours.
Fairy Skill = Skill unique to the fairy type. Skills can be upgraded using data. These cannot be changed unlike Fairy Talents. To see the a full list of Fairies and their specific skills, check out the Fairy Analytic Guide by 25th Night and Emperorripmg here.
Fairy Talent = Fairy buff to echelon which has a chance to activated based on the fairies’ rarity. Can be calibrated to change talents. To see the full list of Fairy Talents, check out the Fairy Analytic Guide by 25th Night and Emperorripmg here.
Farm / Farming = Repeatedly clearing a stage for the benefits it gives. Example: “Farming 0-2 for exp and cores” or “Farming 3-4n for AR-15 equip”.
Fervor = Fairy talent which adds a 10% Damage Buff on activation (in 8 seconds) and adds another 10% after another 8 seconds up to three stacks. Further stacks are multiplicative in nature.
Flare = HG Skill which increases all allies accuracy by x % during nighttime for y seconds. Generally useless due to the buff applying before the general night time accuracy debuff is applied resulting in it being a waste of a buff.
Flashbang / Flash = Refers to skill where T-doll tosses a flashbang grenade at opponents, preventing them from taking any action for a short time. Does not work on bosses. T-Dolls with such a skill are for example: M9, UMP9, Type79 amongst others.
Flex = Showing off one’s achievements such as obtaining a rare T-Doll or having 5000+ clears in 0-2.
Floof = Story / World Lore (Probably should be in Lore, not gameplay)
Fodder = Dolls / Equipment used to enhance your main equips / Dolls. Typically 2-star or 3-star Equips or 2-star T-Dolls are used as fodder.
Fog / Fog-of-war = Strategy-game term here refers to the limited vision during Night maps.
Forced Manual = Option to manually trigger skills in combat rather than automatically using them once their cooldowns expire. By default, all T-Dolls have this option turned off. For some T-Dolls such as CMS, you want this to be ON as her main gimmick needs her to have manual control over her skill. Other T-Dolls you might want this option turned on are Bamboos due to their burst nature for skipping boss phases. To turn this option on/off, click on the magnifying glass under a T-Doll in your echelon screen, and look for this option in their skill description.
Fortress / Fortress Fairy = Alternate name for the construction fairy. Click here to move to that entry.
FP = Firepower or Fairy Points depending on context. Can also mean friendship points depending on context.
FP AR = Assault Rifle with a skill that buffs their own damage. Notable examples include: G41, OTs-14, M4A1 amongst many others.
FP RF = Rifle with a skill that buffs their own damage. Notable examples include: M14, Lee-Enfield, G28 among others.
Frags = Short for fragments. Refers to Memory Fragments needed for Neural Upgrades for certain T-Dolls. For more information, see the entry accessible from here.
Frame = By base definition, frame is a measurement of how many unique consecutive images occur in a second. Girls Frontline runs in 30 frames per second. Gameplay-wise this is an important measurement used as it is used for tasks such as gathering how many attacks can be done per how many frames depending on their rate of fire, or calculating on what frame certain attacks are launched as basic examples. A chart can be found here which lists RoF in comparison to frames and attacks.
Friend Batteries = Batteries obtainable from friend dormitories following their reset times. You can obtain from a maximum of 10 friend dormitories (provided others haven’t taken them already) with the amount of batteries you get from each one equal to their dorm number. If your friend has 6 dorms, you get 6 batteries, 8 dorms, batteries and so on and so forth. This means every reset, you can obtain a maximum of 100 batteries and a minimum of 20.
Friend Echelon = Support Echelons you can deploy from your HQ / Heliports which come from your friends. These echelons can’t be controlled and can only be told to wait, eliminate enemies or capture the HQ. These echelons don’t need to be resupplied and do their turn after yours but before the Sangvis. Take note that the kills from these echelons don’t count towards the Gold Medal award. Friend Echelons are a good idea for new players to use to clear maps early on to unlock better logistics, however these are limited to 20 deployable echelons a day so be careful. Using a friend’s echelon gives them 10 friendship points, and you gain 10 if they use yours.
Friendship Points = Currency obtained mainly from using other players’ support echelons. Each used echelon earns 10 friendship points, up to potentially 200 in total for the daily allowance of 20 allowable friend echelon usages. You can also earn 10 points each time someone uses your friend echelon. These can be spent at the . . .
Friendship Store = Place to spent all your friendship points. Items here are purely for show in customizing your own ID Card or your base background on the main menu. Items include backgrounds for your ID Card, your base (May include L2D backgrounds) and player icons. It is notable that any costumes you obtain / from dorm 4koma purchases will have their icons available for purchase here as well. Everything is purchasable via friendship points, though you can also opt to spend gems to purchase them (not recommended).
Fringe Weaver = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Karmotrine, Karmotrine and Karmotrine. This increases all allies’ damage for 5 seconds on activation, but is followed by a 15% damage and accuracy debuff on expiration for 3 seconds. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Full Clear = Clear by completion of the mission via S-ranking the stage. Mostly used in context of farming a stage by S-ranking it for an extra chance at obtaining the Limited Drop. An example would be whether farming 3-4N for AR-15 SPEQ would be more efficient via full clear runs vs eliminating the manticore and restarting.
Full Supply / Full Supply Run = Clearing a stage repeatedly and resupplying ammunition and rations for all members of the echelon each repetition.
Fury Fairy = Fairy with an aura that significantly boosts crit damage and evasion. Useful if crit rate is high enough. Skill is quite potent as well, buffing crit rate and accuracy by large amounts.
G
Gacha = The Capsule toy vending machine in Japan where one inserts money to receive a possible prize in the machine. In GFL, usually used to refer to the Re-supply option available in the dormitory for furniture and costumes. Can also refer to the nature of spending resources / money to receive rare T-Dolls, Equipment, Fairies etc. A list compiled by GFC the right showing the different gacha skin batches that are known can be found here.
Gager = Boss / Mini-boss fought in the Arctic Warfare event and possibly can appear in other events(?). Standard boss fight without too many complications. She has a skill which will target the bottom, middle or top row. Move your T-Dolls out of this as necessary. Mobile units such as ARSMG is preferred as MGs or RFs if targeted will likely be hit by her skill. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Gaia = Destroyer transformed. Makes her first appearance in Deep Dive and possibly other events. She has the same weapons as Destroyer and again due to her extremely high firepower, MGSGs aren’t advised and neither are HGRFs due to the skills she has. Use ARSMG teams instead. One of her skills has her fire missiles on the bottom and top row which can do some substantial damage. This skill can be dodged with some swapping from units between those rows. Her second skill marks a doll with a very large area of effect attack which does very high damage to the target doll. Anyone else caught in the explosion will likely lose a link from the explosion. Maneuver your dolls to safe positions and away from the large explosion. Alternatively, retreating your T-Doll before she gets hit can save her from excess damage and if done correctly you can avoid the entirety of the attack with some good timing and movement (even if the attack looks like it hit the battlefield.) The methodology can be viewed on the right via a video link with a strategy posted by Klaus and is the Ceia guide for this boss. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Gate / Gate-kun / Gate-chan / Defense Gate = Interactable infrastructure on a node that acts as a barrier. If it is closed, neither you or the enemy can get through, while if open, both you and the enemy can pass through. A Console linked to the gate is used to open / close it. Some consoles are one-time use for enabling more gate control for other consoles. If it closes with either your / enemy echelon on it, they take damage. A tactic in older servers (and still usable here) is to soften up tough opponents by repeatedly slamming them with the gates. Take note, an enemy / echelon slammed can still leave the gate node. Currently released in EN via the VA-11 HALL-A collab event. Can also mean being “gated” or being stopped from moving on by a certain aspect, such as “gated by cores” etc.
Gems = Premium Currency obtained for a variety of sources including, weekly sharing, achievements, login rewards, and of course purchasing from the Shop. Can be used to purchase items in the Shop such as monthly and daily bundles, infrastructure, tokens and resources among many others.
Gfl.zzzzz.kr / GFLDB = Refers to the GFLDB website for GFL. Contains a lot of information on GFL starting from unit and equipment lists, story archives, tools and calculators for GFL, and 4-koma archives in original KR language.
GG / GGBB = Guilty Gear Event. Is the same with BlazBlue Event due to it’s being Arc System Works Collaboration Event overall.
Glass Cannon = High firepower unit / teams with low health or low evasion. Aims to kill the enemy before they get hit / hit too much.
Gold = Refers to 5-star gear. Gold T Exo, for example. Can also refer to obtaining a gold medal for a map. The objectives differ with each map, but most of the time, it is to eliminate a certain number of enemies and clear the map in a specific number of terms. To check the specifics for the map, you can check the Combat Summary on the upper left when you open a map.
Golden Fairy = Fairy obtainable from the DD event via ranking 50% and above. Provides good passive stat bonuses across the board, especially once full rarity and leveled. The Skill does not provide any effects, minus aesthetic changes to your T-Dolls.
Goliath / Golyat = Round Sangvis droid with arms that hovers towards your T-Dolls. It’s main form of attack is a self-destruct that does a huge amount of damage to all your T-Dolls. Once these reach your dolls, they will explode, so your main objective should be to eliminate them before they reach you. Smoke or Stun grenades can help keep them back to buy more time. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Goliath Plus / Golyat Plus = Red version of the above droid. Has much, much, much more life than Goliath and is not meant to be taken on. There are strategies to deal with them, but generally speaking, it isn’t worth the effort at all. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Grape = Refers to 5-star Rifle Carcano M91/38. Also referred as Purple Cano.
Green = Refers to 4-star gear. Green VFL, for example.

Grizz = Short for the 5-star Handgun Grizzly
Groza = The 5-star Assault Rifle OTs-14. Not craftable and only available from Operation CUBE event as a reward / DD farming. Returning for those who haven’t gotten her via CUBE+
Guard = Sangvis Ferri frontliner equipped with pistols and hand-held shields. While they have low mobility and damage, their health is considerably high. Functionally, they are to act as the vanguard for the rest of their troops and buy time for them to damage your units. Using RFs who target their backline, or strong AOE can help you deal with these. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Gunboat = Formation that uses 4 High Damage MG + 1 HG. The HG in this formation would be either be Contender / Mk23. Main use for this formation is to farm a very specific enemy. For more information, check on gf-ask-helian via $gunboat
Gundam = Power Armor utilized by the White Knights & Paradeus faction. Extremely difficult enemy when contending with the shielded variants. Refers to the Doppelsoldner enemy. Click here to move to that entry.
H
Habanera = Refers to the hidden stage of VA11-HALL-A collab where a community speedrun event is held, “Showdown at Habanera”. The speedrun event was a competition between players to see who could kill Dana (without Jill’s Big Beer) with the fastest time.
Hanyang = Refers to 3-star Rifle Type 88. Will receive a Mod III in the future.
Hardcap = Refers to the resource limit where one cannot gain any more resources, minus for achievements or quests. The hardcap is 300,000 resources.
Health Gating = Tactic which makes use of the fact that normal attacks can never do more than one T-Doll link worth of health (in other words, an attack at best will only kill one link from the T-Dolls, which means they can take up to 5 hits tops). Take note that some enemies / attacks will ignore this mechanic.
Hitoribocchi = Refers to Honkai Gakuen Collaboration Event. Seems unlikely to come to EN.
HE = Stands for High Explosive. Present in only certain ARs such as Famas, High Explosives are generally much worse performing that the regular “nades” from dolls like 416 and Sopmod. The damage dropoff, long initial cooldown and multipliers make for a poor comparison to the regular nade ARs. In fact, the T-Dolls with this skill and generally on poorer performing side making them quite undesirable.
Heavy Production = A more expensive form of construction for both T-Dolls and Equipment. Heavy Production features a much higher minimum cost for crafting (1000 for each resources for T-Dolls, and 500 for each resource in equipment), but are the only ways to obtain Shotgun T-Dolls and Fairies. Unlike normal production, heavy productions requires not just contracts but cores to start the production. Furthermore, this core and contract cost can be adjusted for better rates overall (however, anything higher that the minimum core and contract cost is not recommended). Of some note is that anything lower than 3* cannot be crafted, and due to the cost of construction, some particular dolls are not obtainable. Heavy Production for T-Dolls has specific recipes you should follow to obtain Shotgun T-dolls and certain fairies such as the Parachute fairy also have certain recipes to follow. Heavy Production for T-Dolls is obtained after clearing 30 unique story missions, whereas Heavy Production for Fairies is obtained after 60 unique story missions clears.
HG = Stands for Handgun. Handguns often act as the support for teams, granting buffs to further increase the power of your units and others granting debuffs to enemies to reduce their stats or slow their movement. Some handguns are capable of tanking, but until they unlock their exoskeleton slot at lvl 80 it is ill-advised to do so. Also note their low HP values which might make it difficult for them. HGs also provide vision to night maps by letting your echelons with them see one node around it.
HOC = Heavy Ordnance Corp. Currently not available in EN. Unlocked during the Continuum Turbulence Event.
Homete = Refers to G41’s line, “Homete, homete!” which is her asking to be praised. Could also be used to refer to G41 herself. Other cases, could refer to Sopmod.
Hostage / Hostage Rescue = Objective that requires you to rescue allied T-Doll echelons around the combat map and get them back to your Heliports / Command HQ for extraction. To achive victory for these maps, you’ll need to rescue an certain number of T-Dolls around the area before they are overwhelmed. Each T-Doll has a segmented life bar which decreases by one bar each time an enemy echelon touches it. Once the bar is depleted (5 encounters), the echelon will die. If a boss somehow makes it way to the Hostage, then the echelon will die no matter what life it was at.
To rescue hostages, have your own echelon move beside them on the combat map and click on them while your echelon is selected. Select the rescue option to pick them up (you can also swap both and then rescue for certain tactical applications). Make your way back to a friendly heliport / HQ and once on it, double click on your echelon and use the “Complete Rescue” command to successfully save them. Take note only one hostage can be rescued per echelon, and if you don’t complete rescue while on a heliport, it will automatically be done the beginning of your next turn.
Howa = Japanese machinery manufacturing corporation. In-game, this refers to the 5-star Assault Rifle Howa Type 64.
Hoxy = Around the lines of “You don’t have this?”. Used often to rub salt on people who failed to acquire the HG Five-Seven during the event she was available. Now applies to those who fail to acquire time-limited dolls.
HP = Could refer to either Hit Points, Hollow Point ammunition, or Heavy Production. HP Ammo is used by Submachine Guns and Handguns. Refer to LSC for Heavy Production. “HP” usage depends on context.
Hunter = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 3-6, 3-4E. Her dual pistols and slightly better stats than Executioner fought in 2-6, 2-4E coupled with a dangerous skill that buffs her RoF make her a dangerous opponent. High damage teams, kiting and burst options are recommended to get rid of her as soon as possible before she has time to close this distance. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
HV = High-Velocity Ammunition for use by Assault Rifles.
Hydra = Green colored walker that looks very similar to a Manticore used by KCCO. Hydras have no evasion but have an armor stat of 199 or higher to compensate. Their firepower is overwhelming even to SGs so certain strategies must be taken if you wish to tackle them.
I
ICD = Stands for Initial Cooldown. Refers to the amount of time it takes from the beginning of battle before a T-Doll can use her skill.
ID Card = Player Identification containing an introduction, possible collected medals, information on the friend echelons they provide as well as their own custom design on the card. You can edit your own ID card on the friend menu from the main menu or search for other people’s ID cards from the other friend options.
Intruder = Sangvis Ringleader fought in 4-6 and 4-4E. Initially, Intruder does high damage but has a moderate RoF making her not too difficult offensively. However, once her skill activates, she’ll switch to a minigun dealing damage with a much faster rate of fire and becomes much more dangerous without proper evasion or mitigation. Her higher evasion than her boss predecessors may cause a bit more difficulty to take note of that. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
ITI / MARS Sight / Red Dot = Equip that raises Acc while decreases ROF
Ithaca / Tithaca = Refers to 4-star Shotgun M37
IDW Shotgun = Refers to 3-star Shotgun M500

Any T-Dolls you once had but lost due to enhancement / retirement can be recovered here as well. For more information on the recovery system, click here to move there.
Is she good? / Is she nice / how is ” ” / how is she etc. = Common question asked to verify to worth of a certain T-Doll usually. Each T-Doll has their own strengths and weaknesses, ways of using them in a team, equipment to use and ultimately for some, whether or not they can scrap the T-Doll. GFC has created a Doll Analysis document to answer these questions with their analysis on each of the T-Dolls. You can find a link here to the GFC Doll Analysis document.
J
Jaeger = Sangvis Ferri sniper unit. These units are coupled with high accuracy and damage, capable of taking down your evasion tanks. Defensively, they’re easy to take down with low life and evasion, but take note they’re often accompanied with enemies designed to take your fire such as guards and / or scouts. Your RFs, explosives and good knowledge of kiting will help you deal with these enemies. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Jaguar = Sangvis Ferri Mortar unit that shoots from afar and marks a certain tile red, designating where their shot will land. Move out of the marked area to avoid damage. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Jill = Jill Stingray from the VA11-HALL-A Collab. Reward for finishing E 1-8. Notable due to her having a wide skill variety depending on her SPEQs she equips as well as her being a non-combatant and being unable to attack enemies in combat. Due to Jill’s complexity, check out the Doll Analytics page for her here, which details her skills and capabilities.
Judge = Sangvis opponent encountered in 9-6 and 9-4E. Judge is a bit more different than typical boss fights you’ve encountered thus far due to her weapons and skills. Judge’s RoF is off the charts and coupled with her decent damage, will absolutely shred tanks with little to no armor at all. Furthermore, she shoots two targets at once as her normal attack. To counter this, you’ll need two armored tanks, SGs to take the rows at 9, 6 or 3 and 1 powerful MG as your offensive. Your MG at 4 will make her way to the unoccupied front row with your SGs. Don’t move your SGs or you risk having Judge retarget your MG which will kill her very quickly. As long as your SGs have enough armor and your MG is powerful enough, Judge should fall fairly easily. Her skill causes her to strike an area in the middle and backline which does damage and leaves an area that deals damage over time on the marked areas. Your two other T-Dolls probably should be retreated if they get hurt to avoid excess damage. Once in position, the two SGs and MG should be able to handle Judge. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Jupiter = Refers to Jupiter Cannons. A large Sangvis Ferri emplacement with heavy explosive firepower. To disable their main weapons, you will need to encircle capture the node they’re on. Direct combat is possible but requires careful planning to avoid substantial losses or defeat. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
K
Keycard = Alternate name for Bingo Event. Click here to view the entry “Bingo”.
Kiting = A process of using T-Dolls to stop the advance of enemies and give more time to the backliners to kill them. A quick explanation to kiting by dumbocow can be seen here.
L
L2D = Abbreviation of Live2D. Refers usually to costumes for certain T-Dolls, or rarely other features such as a background.
Landmine / Landmine Fairy = Substantial damage aura as well as having high evasion and decent accuracy. Her skill is only useful in specific cases however, so you may not see too much use of her. The skill lasts two turns and can deal 50% of the enemy’s HP should they land on it. Take note that it is ineffective against boss enemies.
Leader Bonus = Experience boost granted to the T-Doll in the first slot of the echelon (leftmost in formation). T-Dolls in this position are granted a 1.2x experience boost. Stacks multiplicatively with Leader bonus for a total of 1.56x experience. See MVP for more information.
Lee = Refers to the 5-star Rifle Lee Enfield
Level / Leveling = Levels are gained via earning experience from a number of ways, but most importantly from defeating enemies in stages. Some stages are better than others at this by following certain routes and repeating the process to level dolls in preparation for later stages or future events. Since leveling your T-Dolls / Fairies is a key component of gameplay, it is important to find an efficient way to do so. A guide written by the folks at GFC can be found here which details how to setup leveling and stages that are notable for being good at leveling.
Limited / Limited Drop = Refers to T-Dolls that drop only from specific stages, (ie: G17 from 1-6 or 1-4E). Can also refer to time-limited drops, such as dolls that can only be obtained on events in specific stages (ie: Five-Seven from specific event stages.)
Link / Linking = Refers to Dummy Linking a T-Doll. For example: “Should I link M4?”
Little Princess = CN’s nickname for M4A1.
Logs = Short for logistics. A full table, courtesy of GFC, containing the hourly rates of each logistics mission can he found here.
LSC = Large Scale Construction (Kancolle’s term), refers to Heavy Production, a latter-game production method that is the only way to obtain SGs or Fairies.
M
Maint = Short for maintenance.
Maple Syrup-chan = Refers to the 5-star Rifle TAC-50.
MT / Main Tank = T-Doll who acts as the bullet sponge of the echelon in the middle lane. Usually a main-tank Submachine Gun or a Shotgun.
MAC-10 = Refers to 3-star SMG Ingram
Manticore = Quad legged mech that first makes its appearance in 1-4N. These Quadropods are not only armored, but have a large amount of HP and damage to boot. Interestingly, they also have a small dodge stat as well. RFs or MGs with AP Rounds can take care of them easily, though well prepared ARSMG teams can also be strong enough to take them out. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Meido = Maid. Probably refers to the 4-star Assault Rifle G36. Could also refer to Agent, Maid Costumes for other T-Dolls, or maid in general. G36 will receive a mod upgrade soon.
Memory Fragment = Resource needed for Neural Upgrading T-Dolls aside from cores. The total amount of fragments (and cores) needed increase per mod upgrade, and also increases depending on the rarity of the doll you’re upgrading. The costs overall can be seen below:
2-star – 200 Mem. Frags & 10 Cores (Mod 1) -> 600 & 20 (Mod 2) -> 1200 & 30 (Mod 3)
3-star – 200 Mem. Frags & 15 Cores (Mod 1) -> 800 & 30 (Mod 2) -> 1600 & 45 (Mod 3)
4-star – 200 Mem. Frags & 20 Cores (Mod 1) -> 1000 & 40 (Mod 2) -> 2000 & 60 (Mod 3)
5-star – 200 Mem. Frags & 25 Cores (Mod 1) -> 1200 & 50 (Mod 2) -> 2400 & 75 (Mod 3)
[Note that upgrades for 5-stars are not in EN yet.] For more information on Neural Upgrading itself, click here. To return to the Frags entry, click here.
Meta = Stands for Most Effective Tactics Available. Can either refer to the best echelon / best type of echelon / tactics for a certain challenges or current content. Meta constantly shifts especially in accordance with new Dolls, MODs, gameplay changes etc. So “Meta” might always refer to something different.
MG = Stands for Machine Gun. Stands for Machine Gun. T-Dolls with high amounts of burst DPS, but need time to reload after a certain number of shots are made. The amount of time they spend shooting can be increased by giving them ammo box equipment / SPEQs which grant ammo. Their accuracy might also call for buffers / equipment to increase it if the enemies they face have notable amounts of evasion. Also note that they move rather slow so moving out of mechanics or reaching a boss with them in the echelon will bring some difficulties. Further note that they use much more ammunition that other T-Dolls when resupplied.
Mobbing Echelon / Mob-clearing = Echelon suited to clearing large groups of enemies / T-Dolls who can easily deal with multiple enemies. Usually most skills with AoE damage / effects are good choices for mob clearing, such as Vector’s molotovs or 416’s nade. Take note that some mobs in later stages might have more specific choices to use for clearing mobs, such as high evasion units in night battles where MGs will struggle to hit them and prolong the battle for the worse.
Mod = Refers to the Digi-Mind / Neural Upgrade for certain T-Dolls. Three levels of Mod are possible: Mod 1, Mod 2 and Mod 3. Can also refer to the moderators of the server. For more details, look for the Neural Upgrade entry. For more details, look for the Neural Upgrade entry. Click here to move to that entry.
Mod Skill = Skill unlocked by Neural Upgrade system once the specific doll reaches Mod II. These skills have different effects from the first, but generally speaking are upgraded in the same manner and have the same cost to upgrade. Once a T-Doll unlocks the second skill, you can choose which one you want to upgrade from the Skill Training system.
Moist Nugget = Refers to 4-star Rifle Mosin Nagant
Molly / Molotov = Refers to the skill used by Vector or Skorpion which damages enemies over time in a location where their molotov cocktail lands.
Momfield = Refers to 4-star Rifle Springfield. Also known as Corefield for humorous reasons.
Moonblast = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Adelhyde, Adelhyde and Karmotrine. Increases all allies’ rate of fire for 8 seconds on activation. When used with Sei, Sei’s skill is activated for the duration of the Moonblast and the shield HP increase from the missing HP effect is doubled. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Mortar = Refers to Sangvis Ferri Jaguar unit that shoots from afar and marks a certain tile red, designating where their shot will land. Move out of the marked area to avoid damage.
Can also refer to Artillery Fairy’s ability.
Mortar Fairy = Refers to Artillery Fairy. Very notable for its high firepower boost to the echelon. Also has a notable evasion boost. Skill is not too notable due to slower time before deploying and less coverage.
Morale Talent = CN-translated name for Fervor talent for fairy. For more information on the talent itself, click here to move to that entry.
MP = Stands for Manpower.
MS = Movement Speed
Mulan Tea = Obtainable consumable from VA-11 collab that increases Affection by 3 per tea used. Limited quantity, so most advise to save this for much later. (ie: Once MOD system arrives.)
MVP = Award given to a T-Doll at the end of battles dependent on who does the highest damage. This award provides a 1.3x experience boost. Stacks multiplicatively with Leader bonus. See Leader bonus for more information.
N
Nade / Nader = Short for Grenade or Grenadier. Could refer to T-Dolls with Grenade based skills such as FAL, SOP, HK416 or Vector. Depends on context.
Nagant Revolver = Refers to 2-star Handgun M1895. Also called “Granny / Loli Granny”. Receives a Mod III in the future.
Neural = Depending on context and use, might refer to the simulation Neural Cloud Corridor or the Neural Upgrade system.
Neural Cloud Corridor = Simulation for obtaining Memory Fragments. Each simulation contains ? nodes which have a chance to either drop resources or memory fragments (At a minimum, it would be 8 for Basic, 20 for Intermediate and 30 for Advanced, but ? nodes can drop up to an extra 3 in Basic, 10 in Intermediate and 30 for Advanced.). A number of fragments are awarded upon defeating the SF echelon at the end of the simulation. A significantly strong ARSMG team can be able to handle the SF echelon at the end of the simulation, The most efficient for memory fragment gathering would be in the advanced difficulty. This simulation provides resources to make use of . . .
Neural Upgrade = Upgrade mechanic in EN that allows T-Dolls to become powered up in exchange for cores and a resource called memory fragments obtainable from the Neural Cloud Corridor simulation. This feature is unlocked upon reaching Commander Level 60. Neural Upgrades have 3 levels of modifications, Mod 1 which raises rarity, stats, changes tile buffs and buffs first skill, Mod 2 which gives the T-Doll a second skill and Mod 3 which allows her to obtain her SPEQ, a new skin and voice lines and increases the affection cap to 200 (if oathed, combined with the affection entry, this boosts ACC, EVA and Damage to a total of 15% at 190 affection!)
Each T-Doll has their own unique changes following Neural Upgrades. For more information on the T-Dolls and Neural upgrade itself, check out the guide written by 25th Night and Bubu for more information here as well as the GFC guide here. For more information on the memory fragment resource click here.
Night / Night Battle = Combat mission that takes place during the night. Has different conditions compared to normal battles such as a 90% accuracy debuff on allied echelons, map sight limitation, clear conditions, and specific dolls’ skills change. Check other documents on GFL Appendix for tactics and strategies. You can also check GFC’s guide linked here for S-ranking Night missions.
Night Princess = Refers to 4-star Assault Rifle 9A-91
Night Queen = Refers to 5-star Assault Rifle OTs-14. Refers to “Groza”.
Node = Points on the map where T-Dolls and enemies can maneuver to on the combat map. Node usually refers to the general dot with no complications. Other nodes exist which are named for their purpose / effect, such as Supply Nodes where you can perform a one-time resupply for an echelon, ? Nodes where a number of random effect can occur, heliport / heli-nodes where you can deploy and resupply and retreat echelons with no penalty, enemy hq node where the enemy hq is located on the map, among other nodes. Take note that these definitions can change depending on the map such as if the strategy points to a particular node, or new node names may appear such as a Tarantula Node depending on the map as well.
Normal Humanoid Enemies = Rippers, Vespids, Jaegers, Guards, Dragoons, Brutes, Strikers fall under this category. There really isn’t too much of a best spot to farm these as you’ll encounter them everywhere. You will easily accomplish this weekly just by doing your normal farming routines.
Normal Machine Enemies = Dinergates, Scouts, Jaguars and Prowlers fall under this category. Dinergates are often the best to aim for as they come in very large groups. 1-3, 3-3 and 6-3 are all good maps for completing this weekly.
Nuke = Dealing as much damage in one or a few hits. Most likely refers the rifles to M99 / NTW who are capable of doing a large amount of damage with their skills.
Nemeum = Military mechs used by Sangvis Ferri that function like snipers. These hit very hard, but have low HP with lower armor at first before ramping up as the chapters go by. Furthermore, they need to deploy before they can fire off their shots. Once the blue hue in their cannons can be seen, a shot will be fired shortly, from which you can retreat the targeted T-Doll to avoid damage. However, it is best to bait these shots as much as possible by kiting! You can bait these to buy time by letting them deploy and moving back before they charge (before the blue hue even appears), causing them to reset and move again. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
“Nyto” = Refers to the Anna boss encountered in the E1-8 and EX 1-8 for the Va11 HALL-A event. This boss will constantly mark your units with a red wave attack that marks them. The wave itself does no damage, but she will follow this up with a laser that does much more damage to units marked by this attack. Move out as necessary. She will also target dolls with an attack that immobilizes them and prevents from using skills. T-dolls marked by this attack will emit waves that travel to the tiles above, below and to their sides that do slight damage to dolls caught in them. At the same time, she will spawn a clone of hers who acts as the warden of the cell. Kill her to break the prison – but be warned all attacks deal 1 damage to her so high RoF T-Dolls are the way to go. To make things easier for you, arrange your Dolls to an X formation once the battle begins to deal with attacks easier. For more information on this unit and any unit related to the Va11 Hall-A collab, click on the link here for a guide by GFC to learn more. (Click on the units for more information!)
O
Oath = Shop / Package exclusive item that allows you to “marry” your T-Dolls once they reach 100 affection. Mechanically, this increases their affection cap to 150 and also allows them to gain stat boosts at 140 affection for a total of 10%. This also reduces their repair time by 30%. For more information, check Ask-helian on the official discord.
OT = Stands for Off-tank. Refers to T-doll that takes tanking position other than main-tank’s position, placed in the side lanes such as on positions 8 or 2. Usually an off-tank Submachine Gun or an Shotgun. Usually either capable of offensive firepower or serving as a backup tank in the event of an emergency.
Ouroboros / Ouro = The final boss of the Cube / Cube + Event, fought on stages E1-4 and E2-4 for that event. Her boss battle is notable for requiring your echelon to reach her first before you can damage her. Because of this, ARSMG is recommended to reach her quickly. Her initial form isn’t too dangerous, but with escorts and distance playing in factor, you want to make sure you can deal enough damage to quickly close the distance to prevent more damage. Her skill marks certain T-Dolls with a danger area before she drops misiles on them. Move out your dolls from these.
Her elite version encountered in E2-4 has Armor Piercing, greater evasion, more areas affected by her skills and generally much more dangerous. However, your strategy should remain the same in general. Avoid slow T-Dolls and bring your best ARSMG to take her down. For more information regarding this unit and others, check out GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Overcap = Reaching beyond the limit for a certain stat or item. For example, batteries cap at 9999, data at 9999 or the cap for the RoF stat for HGs, SMGs, RFs and ARs is at 120. Overcapping by too much can be grounds for players to switch up teams to avoid too much “wasted” stats.
P
Papasha = Refers to 2-star Submachine Gun PPsh-41. Not to be confused with PPS, which refers to 3-star Submachine gun PPS-43.
Pattern = Usually refers to a particular attack pattern for bosses or certain enemies such as where their special attacks attacks will strike or their method of attack. This becomes important to know so commanders will know how best to manage their dolls during combat. For more information on enemy attack patterns, you can check out GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Pepega = Based on the distorted Pepe the Frog meme, in GFL represents something bad or has little use depending on context.
PEQ = Equipment that reduces accuracy penalty during night battles.
Pets = Cute creatures obtained via the Rescue Station in the dormitory as well as certain events. These creatures give a bonus to comfort to a dorm by 1000 per pet and the maximum bonuses for 1 dorm is 3 pets. Generally speaking however, pets take an extremely long time to pay off their battery cost and are not worth it for that reason. Improving the Rescue Station allows you to find rarer pets. Obtain the pets you get from events, but you may want to pass on the ones from the Rescue Station. However, older servers have usages for pets in the far future via the expedition system where certain pets can be used to improve the chance for extra rewards. Since the pets for this chance increase rotate, having more pets can help once the system arrives in the EN server.
Piano Woman = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one uses the equips: Adelhyde, Bronson Extract and Karmotrine. Increases the evasion of units in the front column (3, 6 and 9) by 60% and grants dolls on the other positions a damage boost by 20% on activation. When used with Dorothy, the debuff effect from her skill is lessened by 50%. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Pills = Refers to Enhancement Capsules used to increase the stats of T-Dolls.
Ping = Usually either refers to the act of “pinging” someone on Discord by using the @ command to call them for varying reasons. Be careful with your usage of pinging, especially with mods!
. . . Could also refer to the ping sound made by the M1 Garand once it fires the last round in it’s clip.
Pipi = Refers to 4-star Submachine Gun PP-90
Point Event = Refers to a mini-event where you can earn points by completing certain missions which give points. Once a certain number of point is reached, you gain rewards such as the featured T-Doll or Costume.
Placebo Fairy = Refers to Rescue Fairy. May also called as Voodoo Fairy.
Planning Mode = A mode of movement that you can utilize in combat maps / simulations. This mode allows you plot your movements for your echelons so that once you click the “Execute Action” button, they will automatically follow out the movements you laid out before them. Should the amount of actions you give go over the amount of action points you have, the game will automatically end your turn and if possible, continue the actions you have plotted out. Planning mode will allow you to make most kinds of movements on the map such as swapping, but some techniques such as swapping with hostages and then rescuing them are unable to be done in planning mode. To end planning mode and erase all your planned actions, either click on the planning mode button again if you haven’t executed the actions yet, or click on the screen and confirm to quit planning mode. Very useful for repetitively clearing stages without too much player input, such as 0-2 corpse dragging.
Procurement Voucher / Red Packets / Crates / Lootboxes = Rewards from events that contain a variety of prizes including certain T-dolls and other goods. “Procurement Voucher” should not be confused with “Tokens”.
PP = PP is usually used to refer to as something that is bad. Generally a negative context. ie: drop rates are pp on this map. Has other contexts.
Preset / Formation Preset = Echelon formations you can save for future use. You can save up to 2 by default and more if you purchase preset slots in the Shop. You can easily replace any of your echelons with the preset by using this feature. To use this feature, click on the formation preset button on the lower right of the echelon, then click on the orange tab on the right. From here you can save your formations and use any that you saved.
Proc = Stands for Programmed Random Occurence. In simpler terms, it is usually used in GFL when it refers to a skill activating after the initial cooldown / cooldown or when an effect occurs as a result of the skill being used (example PKP’s skill firing extra bullet with guaranteed critical damage).
Prod = Usually refers to “Production” in this game’s context.
Prowler = Slow moving Sangvis Ferri vehicle with both middling defensive and offensive capabilities. Furthermore, their slow speed makes them easy targets. Notable for being the first Sangvis Ferri opponent you will encounter in the story. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
PVP / Battery PVP = Refers to the reset time 03:00 and 15:00 GMT + for batteries being obtainable from the dorms of friends. Since only 10 people total can get batteries from a certain friend, it becomes a race between players to see who can get the batteries before the others. Popular friends with 10 Dorms often lose all the batteries you can get from them in less than 30 seconds. Depending on the context, “PVP” may also refer to the ranking event.
Q
QP = Stands for Quick Production. Instantly completes any T-Doll or Equipment in the factory. Take note that Heavy Production needs 10 QP Tickets to instantly complete.
QR = Stands for Quick Repair. Instantly repairs any T-Doll in the repair bay or on the battlefield at heliports / command posts.
Quicky / Quickies = Alternate name for Quick Production (QP) / Quick Repair (QR) depending on context.
R
Radiant Collection = Gacha for some of the older batches of costumes and furniture. Not all costumes / furniture sets are present here, such as the collab events or certain special events. Much wider pool and can’t obtain any of the present batches, but costs 40% less Tokens to roll in. Also does not provide exchange tickets.
Raifu = Rifle + Waifu. Go figure.
Ragecraft = Massive amounts of crafting, usually for a particular T-Doll / T-Dolls or when looking for certain fairies. Usually done at rate up events for T-Dolls / Fairies due to the higher change to obtain certain dolls / fairies, but some do do so outside of them. Can lead to a exhaustion of one’s contracts / resources if not carefully managed.
Ranking / Ranked = Can refer to both the general ranking of players in certain game aspects or events. Can also mean the ranking stage present in almost every major event that is unlocked after completing all of the event main stages.
Rate Up = Days where the rate of obtaining certain T-Dolls or rating of T-Dolls, Equipment, Fairies is increased.
Rarity = The amount of stars a T-Doll, Fairy, Equipment has. Rarity factors into core costs for linking T-Dolls, upgrading equipment among other factors. Higher rarity doesn’t usually equate into a higher performance.
Recipe = Combination of resources used in T-Doll Production / Equipment Production. A number of recommended recipes are available for general crafting, while there are other recipes recommended by users that can be found on other guides. “Voodoo” recipes are also available (See Voodoo for more details on this) A link to equipment recipes can be found here, Fairy Recipes by DMesse here, and a Recipe Calculator by Aaeeschulus here.
Recover / Recovery = Feature that allows you to obtain a T-Doll you once had, but lost due to accidentally using her as fodder or retiring her. To recover a T-Doll, go to the index, and under Tactical Dolls, look for the T-Doll you want to recover. The costs of recovering a T-Doll depend on its rarity and follow the base cost for dummy-linking a T-Doll, 1 for 2-star, 3 for 3-star, 9 for 4-star, and 15 for 5-star. Note that this can only be done once a week! For more information on the index, click here.
Reload Cancel / Reload Canceling = Animation exploit that allowed MGs to cancel out their loading time. Has been patched.
Repair = Process of restoring hitpoints to T-Dolls who were damaged / destroyed in combat. T-Dolls can be placed into the repair bay and will take time as well as an upfront resource cost before the process finishes. The length of time as well as the cost depend on the type of the T-Doll being repaired as well as hit points / dummy links lost and level. Take note that if T-Dolls are critically damaged, the cost significantly increases. Repairs can be rushed to finish immediately by using an express repair ticket and more slots can be bought via the Shop. A quick understanding to time taken to repair can be seen in the Angry Trap Midget Guide. Link here.(credits to them for the write-up)
Report / Reports = Mostly refers to the combat reports created by Kalina in the dormitory used for providing EXP to T-Dolls. Could also refer to reporting someone to the moderators on the Discord for breaking rules or causing issues. For more information on combat reports, click on the link here.
Rescue = Can either refer to the rescuing hostage objective that debuted in the Deep Dive event or the Rescue T-Doll mini-event where clearing certain bosses in certain stages with S ranks can cause a certain time-limited T-Doll to drop. Could also refer to the Rescue Fairy seen below.
Rescue Fairy = Fairy with good passive stat buffs, but most well known for its debatable skill, increasing the chance to obtain rare T-Dolls (3-star, 4-star and 5-star T-Dolls) when activated. The exact increase in unsure leaving players to speculate / believe it actually works.
Rescue Station = Room accessible from the Dormitory whose functions relate to the obtaining and adoption of pets. Higher levels of the equipment in this room allow for obtaining rarer pets. Low priority for upgrading overall due to the battery investment for adopting pets.
Reset = Closing the game while in battle and reopening the app to restart it from the beginning, often used if something unlucky happens in a critical battle. This method is also called as “Save Scumming”. Could also refer to the time when the server starts a new cycle of day.
Resupply = Either refers to the Resupply Gacha where costumes and furniture can be obtained, or resupplying your T-dolls’ ammunition and rations while on the combat map.
Retire = Refers to Retirement of T-Dolls. Alternatively also called “Scrap / scrapping”. Removes a T-Doll/ Equipment from your roster and returns resources, and cores depending on the rarity of the T-Doll. Return to the entry for scrap by clicking here.
Retreat Kite / Retreat Kiting = Kiting that involves retreating the T-Doll being targeted to avoid damage being done on top of delaying the enemy a small amount of time for your other dolls to deal with them. Usually done to further delay enemies especially when there is no more room left to kite normally with.
RF = Stands for Rifles. Rifles can be divided into two different types depending on skill: Self Buff Rifles and Nukers. Self buff Rifles have skills which improve their damage / rate of fire on activation while Nukers deal a very large amount of damage usually for taking out bosses.
RFHG = Echelon which uses Rifles and Handguns. 2RF3HG means running two rifles and 3 handguns.
RF Goddesses = Refers to 3 Rifles: WA2000 (8-star RF Goddess), SVD (7-star RF Goddess), and M14 (6-star RF Goddess).
Rib / Ribey = Refers to 4-star AR Ribeyrolles
Ring / Ringed = Alternative way of saying oath / oathing a T-Doll. Example: “I ringed my 45.” Check Oath entry here for more information.
Ripper = Sangvis Ferri unit that wields dual submachineguns. Distinguishable by their pink visor. These units are more powerful than the Prowler that the player first sees near beginning and encounters soon after, but are not too difficult to deal with. They are a very common foe and come in large numbers, but most commanders should have no trouble dealing with them. Expect them, especially later on, to accompany other Sangvis troops. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
RNG = Random Number Generator. Can also mean “luck”. Example: “I can’t get Suomi with my crap RNG”
RO = Short for the 5-star Submachine Gun RO635
Rocket / Rocket Fairy = High crit damage boost fairy with a high armor boost as well. Skill is useful only for incredibly powerful non-boss enemies on the combat map, as it doesn’t affect bosses. It also costs 10 fairy commands to use, the most expensive of all the fairies skills.
Rodelero = Infantry used by White Knight & Paradeus distinguished with their heavy laser equipment and orange dot visor. These units also have a floaty movement as they advance toward your dolls. No normal attacks, but they do have a skill similar to Dreamer’s laser attack on certain rows. Move out of the laser and deal with as necessary. For more information on this unit and any unit related to the Va11 Hall-A collab, click on the link here for a guide by GFC to learn more. (Click on the units for more information!)

RoF AR = Assault Rifle with a skill that buffs their own Rate of Fire. Notable examples include: ST AR-15, Type97, AUG (with a caveat that causes her spread her fire) amongst others.
RoF RF = Rifle with a skill that buffs their own Rate of Fire. Notable examples include: SVD and Wa-2000.
Roll = Refers to the amount of times one has tried to obtain a certain item. Ie: I’ve done 20 rolls for G41 L2D costume and haven’t gotten it. In this case roll usually means the 100 token roll for the re-supply gacha. Can have other applications such as construction / equipment production. Depending on context, can be synonymous with ‘attempt’.
X Round to Open = A notice placed under Time-limited heliports in certain maps. The number of turns needed before the heliport can be used replaces the x, so for example, “3 Round to Open” means the helipad will be available for in 3 turns. The following turn after it is open, it will close again so be sure to take note of this.
RSC = Short for Resources. Resources are needed for almost everything in the game, from deploying your echelons, resupplying them in battle, producing T-Dolls and Equipment among many others. Resources regenerate over time below the soft cap (which is dependent on your player level), but are most often gained from running logistics missions. A hard cap exists for resources at 300,000, where only rewards and shop purchases will add beyond this value.
S
Sam Site = Surface to Air Missile batteries. Their presence on the battlefield makes it impossible to deploy units on helipads (marked with a cross-out) as well as the usage of the Parachute fairy. To disable them, you will need to move your echelons onto them to restore functionality for helipad and parachute fairy usage.
Scarecrow = Sangvis Ringleader encountered in 1-6, 1-4E and 0-4. She also makes appearances in other events. As the first boss you encounter, Scarecrow isn’t too much of an issue for newer players and experienced commanders alike. Take note that she has a special attack in which her drones spin around her quickly, signifying her about to release a salvo on the targeted T-Doll. Move the T-Doll away before she begins firing to avoid excess damage. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
SC = Stands for Shattered Connexion, the current story event for CN.
Scout = Floating Sangvis Ferri unit with low health, high evasion and insignificant damage. These enemies will pepper you with pathetic machine-gun fire, but their main role is to buy time for their heavier hitting allies to get the drop on you. High Accuracy T-Dolls are good choices, as well as explosives / molotovs to dispatch them, but take note that Scouts at night are more difficult to deal with due to nighttime accuracy penalty. Prepare accordingly. For more

Scrap = Synonym of the the entry retire / retirement. See the entry here.
Self-buff / Self-buffer = Refers to T-Doll’s whose skills benefits themselves by increasing their stats, such as AR-15 who self-buffs her Rate of Fire.
SG = Stands for Shotgun. Shotguns excel at taking large amounts of low damage rapid fire from enemies with their higher HP values and armor. They rely on these as their evasion values are generally low and cannot reliably dodge. Because of this, most boss fights are usually dangerous especially with heavy hitting attackers such as destroyer. They aren’t particularly mobile either so take note of that. Their tiles synergize with MGs and provide buffs to them, having use in MGSG echelons. They are particularly expensive to craft and hard to obtain so be sure to keep the ones you get. T-Doll heavy production for Shotguns are unlocked after clearing 30 different maps.
SGMG / MGSG = Echelon which uses Shotguns and Machine Guns. Sometimes has an HG acting as a buffer as part of the echelon as well.
Shark = The 3-star Shotgun KS-23
Sharkitect = SF’s Architect dressed in a shark costume who can appear in your dorm when you have a complete set of the Beach Tycoon set.
Shield = Can refer to several things: Force Shield skill utilized by Thompson, MP5 or G36C among others, Shields provided by skills of T-Dolls such as MDR or SAT8 or the Shield Fairy depending on the context.
May also refer to certain shielded units which is a barrier that requires HOC to break them. In this case shields have a damage reduc rate – such as 20% shield reducing damage by 20%, 50% shield by 50% damage, 100% shield by 100% damage reduction (In this case, HOC is absolutely essential!) etc. Lower percentages might be able to be brute forced, but if EN meets these units before HOC is released, don’t tackle them unless you have a plan.
Shrimp = The 5-star Submachine Gun SR-3MP
Shop = Hub accessible from the main menu where you can make purchases using gems / currency for a large variety of goods. Most importantly, this is where players can purchase gems using real money to buy the rest of the goods in the Shop. These goods include daily bundles and a one-time purchase bundle (only purchasable within the first week) which change per month, infrastructure (increasing T-Doll, Fairy, Equipment capacity or slots to allow for more simultaneous crafting), contracts, tokens, resources, extra energy for sims etc. Also note that special bundles such as costume or cheaper resource bundles among others can be found here depending on events / announcements by the devs. During certain events with obtainable event currency, can be spent here in the store.
Silver = Refers to the Silver medal that can be obtained via fully clearing map by capturing every possible node.
Sim / Sims = Short for Simulation. Refers to the simulations under the combat menu. These simulations are used to collect certain resources, such as enhancement capsules, data for skill levening, experience for echelons, Calibration tickets from Defense Drills and later on, resources for the upcoming MOD system. Note that not all sims are open at the same time, unless an event that makes them so is underway. Monday / Thursday is for enhancement capsules, Tuesday / Friday is for Data Sims and Wednesday / Saturday is for Exp sims. On Sunday, all 3 are open. Also Defense Drills are open every day of the week as well. Alternatively, some use “data sims” refers to Data Mode, “Exp sim” refers to EXP Mode etc. Some may refer to simulations depending on their difficulty, like “adv sim” to refer to the advanced version of a simulation (see here for details) Can also refer to the DPS / Echelon simulation found here.
Sim Energy = Resources that regenerates by 1 every 2 hours. To run simulations, Sim Energy is required, 1 for Basic level, 2 for Intermediate and 3 for Advanced. Alternatively, extra energy can be used to run simulations (automatically used when insufficient / no sim energy is detected) but extra energy does NOT regenerate and can be acquired from the Shop / reward from certain events. Sim energy caps out at 6, so be sure to use it!
Singu / Singularity = Singularity, the next major event for EN Server. The event is expected to arrive sometime after September, maybe on October / November.
Skin = Refers to the costume in use by the T-Doll. (Example: Default skin refers to the initial costume in use by the T-Doll upon receiving her. DSR anniv skin refers to the costume obtained through token gacha during the anniversary event.)
SKS = The 2-star Rifle Simonov
Skorp = Short for the 3-star Submachine Gun Skorpion
Sleepo / Sleepo Beepo / Kraut Space Magic = Refers to the 5-star Assault Rifle G11

Slav / Slavs = Refers to 5-star Assault Rifles AK-12 and AN-94. Currently not in EN.
Slug = SG-exlusive ammunition that increases damage and accuracy, but lowers the targets hit to 1 at a time. Since Shotguns are meant to hit as many targets as possible to knock them back and buy time for your echelon, these are an adverse choice of equipment overall and should be actively avoided.
Small Bamboo = T-Dolls with an skill capable of dealing a lot of damage in one blow. Usually refers to Springfield / Mosin who have a shorter initial CD less damage than the “Big Bamboo” variants.
SMG = Stands for Submachine Gun. Submachineguns often act as the tanks of the echelon with Main Tank SMGs acting as damage absorbers by either nullifying the damage via evading it, or using a Force Shield to block the damage. On the other hand, Off-Tank (Offensive Tank) SMGs such as Vector and PPS-43 use their abilities to deliver more offensive power. Off-hand tanks often act as a second tank in the event the first tank is too damaged to continue taking shots.
Smoke = Refers to the Smoke Grenade skill which reduces enemy Rate of Fire and Movement Speed used by T-Dolls such as UMP45 and Ingram.
Snek = Alternate name for Ouroboros. Click here for the link regarding the boss.
Softcap = Refers to the capacity at which resources stop regenerating over time. The softcap for resources depends on your Commander Level. A chart for this can be found at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14RDuw4d406I9z–pjt8vja8CjA_Srxl_RJniWbt-Q1g/edit#gid=0 by GFLCorner
Sop / Soppu / Sopdog = Short for the 4-star Assault Rifle M4 SOPMOD

A sample of a compounding effect is the Fervor talent which adds more damage every 8 seconds or Negev’s damage stack after her reload. Stacks that work as counters are those like Carcano M91’s special shot on reaching 18 stacks or Stella’s powered shot after 16 drone attacks. Can also refer to increase a stat as much as possible using skills or formation buffs such as FP or firepower.
STAR / ST-AR = Short for the 4-star Assault Rifle ST AR-15
Stech = Short for the 4-star Handgun Stechkin
Strawberry = Refers to 5-star Rifle Carcano M1891. Also referred as Pink Cano.
Strelet = New infantry from White Knights & Paradeus faction who make their first appearance via collaboration event with VA11-HALL-A in EN. Relatively similar to Vespids, thus dealing with them isn’t anything special. For more information on this unit and any unit related to the Va11 Hall-A collab, click on the link here for a guide by GFC to learn more. (Click on the units for more information!)
Striker = Sangvis Ferri minigun unit. Low damage per shot, but fires extremely quickly. They move rather slowly but have a decent range. Their sustained fire can be somewhat baited by using evasion tanks and retreating them at an opportune time.
Succ = Short for success in the context of “Logistics great succ up”. Has other contexts.
Sugar Rush = One of Jill’s drinks from her skill. This particular one is used by default if no drink combinations for her skill are found. Increases all allies’ damage by 18% for 8 seconds on activation. Considering the preparation time and the effect itself, you’re better off using another drink entirely. To check out Jill’s main entry on GFC’s Doll Analytics and more information about her, click here to move to her entry.
Supply Line = Main objective for victory in some maps requires you to establish a supply line from your Command HQ to the designated supply point. This requires you to establish a route by capturing nodes between the two points and holding the established route for a certain number of turns, once you reach the number of turns needed, the mission will end in your victory. If at any point the route is “cut” by losing a node via enemy capture, the turn count will reset. Multiple paths between the Command HQ and the Supply point do not make the count decrease faster, but do offer more “chances” and tactical options, since as long as there is one route between both points, the turn count will decrease.
Surplus EXP = Extra experience gained at the end of combat which is added to a meter seen on the lower part of battle results screen. The main use of Surplus experience is for crafting combat reports to be given to T-Dolls to increase their experience. T-Dolls who are under the max level (100) will obtain a small amount of Surplus EXP that goes to this bar, and those at max level give much more. You can increase the amount of Surplus EXP you earn by upgrading the equipment in the dorm data room, as well as the maximum capacity of Surplus EXP. Be sure to craft reports once you hit the max to avoid wasted experience!
SWAP = Alternate, more deadly versions of Sangvis Ferri units who appear in high difficulty / future events. Most Sangvis units have a SWAP version and are much deadlier than their normal counterparts, due to their buffed stats and having skills of their own. SWAP units each have their own gimmick / skills to be aware of so take caution. Write ups for known SWAP Sangvis units can be found on the guide link (by GFC) here. (Click on the SWAP units for more details.
Swap = Usually refers to swapping positions with T-Dolls beside each other on the combat map (costs no AP to do so). Could also mean swapping units in the echelon with others.

Tap-Dancing / Tap-Dance = Refers to “Kiting”. Can also mean moving a T-doll back and forth from and to its own place quickly, usually used to reset RF’s target or MG reload-cancel (patched, sort of). For a quick guide to Kiting, click here to move to that entry.
Tarantula / Tarantulas = Armored Dinergates. Due to their high damage and mobility, units like RFs are not suited due to them generally not being fast enough to deal with swarms of them. MGs or explosives are favored, but take note that lower initial cooldown grenades such as SMGs or Zas are favored due to some of them later on spawning closer to your echelons, leaving little time to kite or deploy long icd grenades. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.
Taunt Fairy = Fairy whose skill allows them to deploy a target dummy to soak up enemy fire. Higher skill levels result in more HP for the dummy. Note that some enemies will still walk past the drone and AOE’s might still damage your dolls. It’s mobility is also extremely slow which can spell trouble for certain fights.
Tendie = Refers to the 5-star Handgun Contender.
Tetris = Refers to the process of upgrading the Heavy Ordnance Corp via putting tiles together in a certain pattern to upgrade their statistics.

Once X turns passes, the heliport will be available for use for 1 turn allowing you to resupply and deploy as usual. After this turn, the timer will reset and you will need to wait again before you can use it.
Tix = Refers to Tickets. Calibration Tickets as an example could be called, “Calib tix”.
Token /Tokens = Resource used for Re-supply Gachas. Rolls can be done either by 10 tokens or 100. Rolling by 100 Tokens gives an extra gift as well as gives 11 items as opposed to the 10 tokens: 1 item. Tokens can be obtained via dailies / weeklies or rewards from events amongst others.
Tommy = Refers to the 5-star Submachine Gun Thompson
Torch Fairy = Refers to Illumination Fairy. Also called “illu fairy”. Highest accuracy buff, as well as notable crit dmg buffs and evasion. Most useful for its skill due to applications at night. She will see a lot of use in night ranking battles.

Uhlan = Tanks utilized by the White Knights & Paradeus. They have both a normal missile attack which ignores links as well as a Ram skill which marks areas in which they will run down any units in the way. This ram ignores any link protection and is also impossible to evade. Similar to doppelsoldners, they have a large amount of armor (61 – 229) and should be taken down before they do too much damage. For more information on this unit and any unit related to the Va11 Hall-A collab, click on the link here for a guide by GFC to learn more. (Click on the units for more information!)
UID = Player’s ID. You can easily find another player via adding their ID in the ID search box in the friend menu.
Uncensor = By default censored CGs for your T-Dolls are applied so by using the recipe listed here you can shift them out to the uncensored versions instead. The recipe to uncensor 522 Manpower, 320 Ammo, 404 Rations and 137 parts. Once you’ve crafted this recipe, restart the game and it should download the uncensor package. Be warned, that uncensored official GFL art is subject to the rules regarding posting R-18 art in Discord so don’t say you weren’t warned.
Undersea / Underseaworld = Refers to the Underseaworld website for GFL. This website contains information on logistics efficiency calculations (rsc. Per hour), but more importantly, contains data on enemy compositions by showing us their Combat Effectiveness estimates, number of links, their stats, the units in that group, the number of them and also their drops. This data is dependent on the map as well as the chapter. Take note that the data might be different, as it is based on the older servers information which might not be the same for EN servers. The website can be found here.
Unholy Cross = Formation which has T-Dolls on positions 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8. Formation which grants the most buffs to T-dolls using certain setups but is a bad formation to use due to the close proximity your T-Dolls will be from your enemies, causing some of them to take damage from enemies from the front. This also means your tank won’t be able to kite enemies at all which leaves the rest of your echelon in a dangerous position and vulnerable to enemies. Notably, some friend echelons use this to pad the CE to make them be chosen first by players and more likely to be eligible for the bonus friend points.
V
VC = May refer to the cancelled Valkyria Chronicles Collaboration Event. Can also just mean Voice Chat.
Vector = The 5-star Submachine Gun Vector, but also known as the name of the MICA Intern who keeps in contact with EN.
Vespid = Sangvis Ferri Assault Rifle unit equivalent. Balanced unit capable of putting out significant pressure to T-Dolls who can’t dodge or aren’t armored enough to take their barrages. These fall fairly easily so be sure to destroy them before they do too much damage to your tanks. For more information regarding this unit and others, check our GFC’s Enemy Analytics guide linked here.

Persica and Lycoris were former members of this organization.
A-Doll = Autonomous Androids (Dolls) with superior physical abilities compared to a human. Were often relegated to daily services or light combat assistance. A-Dolls have limited authority level making them follow human orders despite their capacity to simulate the emotions of humans and high levels of artificial intelligence. Precursor to T-Dolls.
Anti Rain / AR Team = A team of dolls composed of AR-15, M16A1, M4 SOPMOD II and M4A1. Led by M4A1. Later M4A1 would go into a catatonic state due to interference from Dreamer in Chapter 7 and be replaced by RO635 temporarily. For the gameplay version of this entry, click here.

Etching Theory = A theory developed by Persica in 2054 proving that objects can form special connections in a new “field” following a specific, unified etching method. The IOP manufacturing corporation would use this theory to “etch” connections between a T-Doll and her weapon to achieve performance levels unachievable by humans. This would later be the cause for the formation of 16Lab with IOP’s assistance aimed at safeguarding the theory and technology resulting from it.
FSB = Федеральная служба безопасности Российской Федерации (ФСБ) / Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. In short, descendant of KGB. In GFL’s lore, led by Zielenski.

(Has a mind of its own, but so far it only talked to M4) (speculated to also harbor a mindmap based on the Luxania’s brain) Is the main reason behind KCCO’s assault on the facility.
OGAS is a failed soviet project, with the idea of creating some sort of Internet-like connections to the entire soviet state. That’s in real life. In GFL, OGAS is created as a some sort of relics handler, with the idea of it capable to use the alien relics in such way that if the soviet is threatened, it can use every single relic to essentially destroys the world.
And it also handles and research alien relics.
in real life, OGAS was a state networking system, often compared to the internet, or China’s current social credit system
in GFL, the Soviets made OGAS as a massive AI network with nodes that each controlled a relic site
in the event of a mutually assured destruction scenario, OGAS would activate a doomsday protocol and trigger every relic at the same time, presumably destroying the world in seconds
Thanks to Brassy and AWACS
(Fix and collection information, later.)

Searing System = Formed via extending the Etching theory also published by Persica, the Searing system allows one-to-one sensory connections between a T-Doll and their weaponry, acting as an extension of themselves as if another limb, eye, or part of their body. The ASST allows this connection to be formed once the T-Doll and weapon are off of the assembly line and strangely, this also allows the T-Dolls to be designed with features based on the weapon’s characteristics. T-Dolls themselves determine physical form, their M.O or mode of operation and even personality using the ASST. Despite physical limitations, this system significantly improved combat effectiveness of T-Dolls using their corresponding weapons.
SF = Sangvis Ferri
